The hotel in a good location, staff very friendly and always follow up to check if anything needed. Comfortable beds. Restaurants offer a good breakfast for 3 starts hotel.

Room view not as expected, however was not an issue. Room furniture need to be replaced. Bathroom amenities need some attention. They only offer 2 bottles of water and need to be requested before evening. After that they don’t provide. At the checkout day request for water however they said since it’s your last day we can only offer one bottle of water, which is not a good gesture. Room rates is higher comparing to rooms conditions, however due to high season was fine

View , room amenities, staff , toiletries. Main restaurant is still iconic for lunch and dinner ( but not for breakfast ).

Breakfast : this hotel is known to have a fantastic kitchen and restaurant. However, breakfast can be much better with decent coffee. They only have terrible classic Nescafé and when I asked for real coffee ( American coffee ) I had to pay extra. I asked for an omelette , it was very badly done and looked like scramble eggs. The bakery ( croissants and cake were far from fresh). The cheeses were of poor cheap quality. I honestly expected much better. The only good thing was foul and falafel.

room is a bit noisy at night and it is not easy for you to sleep specially if you are used to quiet rooms, I think they need a better sound insulation for the rooms

- The view is great, Stanley's Bridge was just outside the window! - The location is excellent you can take public transportation to all the key land marks from the hotel door steps. - There is a pedestrian tunnel on one side of the hotel. - The staff were professional and very friendly. - Facilities and furniture were well maintained and in a very good condition.

- Crossing the street from the back of the hotel is very very risky, and it might take you some time to get to the other side. - Breakfast was very limited in varieties and feels almost the same every day. - My advice for you is to leave your car at home, parking at the hotel is cheap, but the hotel doesn't have a dedicated parking area, they park the car for you in a puplic garage nearby, I left my car parked during my stay (3 days) the car got very dusty and when I got back home I found it was hit on one of its corners 😔.

A lot of century-old charm in the building. The hotel is more known for its restaurant and cafe on the bottom floors. The buffet-style breakfast served at the cafe is quite nice. The staff are competent and friendly.

It's not the most interesting location for a traveler, though the Stanly Bridge sunset view is great, and it's easy enough to get a cheap Uber to go anywhere. It is located in the fork of a very busy road, with a lot of traffic to get through.

The best thing about this hotel is its location and its view, everything you need is close by and the sea view along with the iconic Stanley bridge is breathtaking. The food was amazing, they have a restaurant that closes at 1 am and a 24 hour cafe with a terrace overlooking Stanley beach both places have the same menu And the cafe also serves shisha (hookah) And the staff are very friendly and they have provided me with excellent service especially Marianne who was very helpful and diligent.

Some of the facilities could use some maintenance and renovation

This is my 2nd stay here, and I'm still happy with the service. The front desk did their best to accommodate our request for early checkin. The breakfast team were amazing, making you feel special. The cleaning team attentively cleaned the room everyday, proactively even arranging clothes. Overall, the stay was amazing and will highly recommend friends and family to stay.

Improve the bathroom facility like the bidet and AC will make everything perfect. Parking is also something that could be improved

The location was such fabulous, as you are really in central of Alex .. everything you need is just easy to find around you by walk through or a short taxi ride . Food was brilliant. The terrace there was really beautiful with amazing sea view ..

Didn’t like that smoking was allowed everywhere without any restrictions for non smokers peoples. but that’s wasn’t bad for me at all .. I just believe that it shouldn’t be like that as many people non smokers doesn’t like that . Also the toilets probably need some more to be a bit modern.

The breakfast staff at the coffee lounge area were very friendly and attentive! The hotel and room were nice, but needed some upkeep. The sea view was lovely as well-although needed to be cleansed of general trash pollution.

Neither the hall nor the balcony door seemed very secure due to not locking correctly or missing extra interior locks.

Only one negative thing at the breakfast restaurant.... although it is indoor restaurant the staff allow guest to smoke and when i told the waiter he replied carelessly that i can open window next to me while we were in jan and it was 11° C and it was so cold to me and to my kids too.... i thought it is more logic to ask smokers to smoke in the outdoor terracce
