Everything was great. I was upgraded to a sea view room as first time welcome gift 🎁 staff was so nice and helpful The view was amazing and the location is near to the mall and cafes Food and breakfast was good , desserts were the most delicious,, I ordered a molten cake to my room and it was so good and very cheap as well What I respected the most , that the wardrobe had a paper attached to it with the facility services ( iron , dry clean) and its **prices** I didn't except much because of the negative reviews but to me everything was fine and i believe everyone has his own point of view about this 👍

Room service was a bit slow , yet they apologized and got me what i wanted eventually :"D

1. The elevator is very slow, especially at breakfast time, and sometimes only one elevator works and the other is stopped by the hotel, and sometimes the elevator does not reach the required floor and we are pulled back to opposite floors. 2. The TV had channels that did not work well, and sometimes advertisements about the hotel appeared for us while watching a movie or an entertainment show. 3. The bathroom door was difficult to open from the inside.

perfect location, middle of Alexandria so you wont be far from other parts when you are visiting the city. there is a big mall next to you, lots of shops and restaurants. staff are very helpful and friendly. loved the view from my balcony. breakfast small but nice. defiantly will come again

it is an old hotel, so expect the furniture to be old but don't worry the room is clean.

The location is perfect! Loved the breakfast buffet As a solo female traveller in a foreign country I felt very safe The view is just wonderful. Close to many tourist attractions and easy access to public transport and taxis. Everyday I would just cross over to the corniche and spend an hour watching the sunset just across from the hotel Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Easy check in and out.

Only two elevators which were slow Not allowing food from outside the hotel

This hotel is not designed to handle its capacity at all. On our 1st day , the hotel was full . One elevator broken and one working . Waiting for ever to get in . The bkfst restaurant was messy and simply not able to handle the crowds. No cups , no glasses . The quality of food was ok . Room ok for 4 stars . Need a major cleaning job on windows everywhere.

They do their best to please guests

That u should always ask for your full Rights for example house keeper , bathroom only 1 shampoo and one conditioner so I asked to obtain enough and full bathroom sets like 🧼 soap , shoes 👟 sponge , tooth 🦷 bruh etc.. Secondly: when asked for a full ocean view instead of a side view, they blame me that I am the one who should ask for it although I had already asked for it. Thirdly : tv channels are not going clear well ( distorted ) and missed most likely watched (wanted) channels .

I had a blast! Experience is one of a kind. All staff members were friendly, helpful, decent, respectful and polite. Starting with the security men at the gates, the receptionists, the concierge, the elevator man, restaurant staff, chefs, and even the room service. The room was very clean and well-organized. They took care of every detail you might think of! Everything you might need is right there. Food was delicious, the variety at the buffet was incredible! Whatever you crave is there, and if you don't find it, they do it for you! Needless to say that the balcony view was breathtaking! You can see the whole beach from your bed! It's just a view to die for. I am totally going to visit you again! Thanks for having us❤️🌹🥰

The hotel is a bit old, not extremely old like some other hotels in Alex but jt was very good value for money & with an awesome location. I received a free upgrade to a suite that was a decent upgrade. The cafe is small & there is no beach, they offer a close parking for 50 EGP per day.

Although the location was very good but it was so noisy couldn’t sleep at night, make sure you have ear plugs & sleeping mask.

The location is absolutely perfect. The hotel is clean and everything is freshly changed on daily basis. the staff was an absolute delight, especially Nancy from customer care. She was magnificently helpful. She checked on my stay daily and accommodated all my requests. I needed a car ride from Alexandria to Sharm El Sheikh, and she provided made all the reservations for me at great prices. I will definitely be coming back.

Some of the room furniture was a bit old, and I think it needs to be renewed. The price was a bit high in my opinion, but I think that’s due to the perfect location of the hotel.
