Staff, view, food, beach services and staff

- Needs immediate renovation specially carpet in floors corridors (smelling bad) - Bethroom is very small. Door locker was not working - Very bad Internet service. Could not connect all my stay time. - My booking was Halfboard option. The breakfast was OK as open buffet, but the Second meal I was forced to select one main dish from only Three dishes (beef is not included), one salad and one dessert. I should been informed during booking. - Recommended not to take Half-board, specially there is a big food (restaurants) availability around the hotel. - Cleanliness needs more effort.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, every aspect of my stay surpassed my expectations. The moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my entire stay. The check-in process was good, i been requested to pay in USD not in Egyptian pounds you have to be aware. The room I stayed in was nothing short of great, a small issue was inside the bathroom and they directly solve it. Special thanks to Mr. Ayman he made our trip the best experiences

The room was meticulously cleaned daily, creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere to return to after a day of exploring.

I stayed three nights in the Montazah Sheraton during the month of September 2023. The staff of this hotel is a wonderful group of people ready and willing happily to serve the residents. I would like to specifically acknowledge Mr. Ayman Zain who helped me with the wifi issues and routinely checked on me to make sure I have comfortably everything I need. He represented the Sheraton family very well. The hotel location is convenient and the rooms are very clean. The only thing I did not like was that breakfast was not included. 1. The location of the hotel. Overlooking the Mediterranean and it is accessible to anywhere in Alexandria. The station of the two-floor redbus is nearby where you can tour all places in Alexandria. 2. The facilities are fine. The beach was so good and well served. The pool is also nice. 3. The food was diverse. Restaurants and room service have different varieties. 4. The staff were very hospitale. The reception manager Mr. Ayman and his team were so responsive and accommodating to all our needs.

The noise of the Corniche.. however it was lively area and full of services

Breakfast is very good along with the private beach. Rooms are clean and good. Staff are welcoming.

SPA, it's like it isn't working, just the assets are there with no work. Also I wouldn't recommend to make your stay with two meals as dinner options are two small.

The location is great for you to explore all the main tourist attractions Alexandria has to offer ( mostly by taxi). Montazah gardens are right next to the hotel and its a nice stroll to Mamourah beach which is definitely worh a visit. The sheraton has its own private beach with a beach bar, which was lovely. We also had food from the restaurant, which I highly recommend. The buffet had plenty of stuff to choose from too. Our room was cleaned every day by a lovely lady, sorry forgot her name! The staff at the hotel were just all very friendly and I'm so glad we ended up staying there.

The staff very freindly and helpful and welcoming especially mr. Aymen zeen he kept contacting me the whole my stay for any needs or help i really appreciated Location is good near almost everything And the view of almontazha parks from my balcony

The pillows not comfortable at all need to be changed I would like to see more entertainment and cafes and facilities as well as heated swimming pool but overall it was a good stay Thank u mr aymen and the whole staff for everything

The room was clean and incredibly comfortable. The food was not just delicious but exceeded expectations. The staff members were exceptionally friendly, especially Mr. Mohammed Mahmoud, whose warmth and amiability enhanced the overall experience. Additionally, Mr. Ayman Zein displayed remarkable hospitality, kindness, and went above and beyond to be helpful. Their exceptional service truly made this stay memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and warm hospitality!

The location, the view, the food, food prices also were very reasonable for a five-star hotel, and most of all the team is professional, polite, has a positive attitude and very helpful. A small problem happened with the wifi, I informed the team, they changed the router for me in 10 minutes. As a long time customer, I could notice a lot of amazing changes that have happened to the hotel & the staff. Thank you guys, keep the good work

I'm more than happy with my stay in this beautiful place. I loved the room, view and professional staff treatment. Thanks to Mr. Ayman, Loura and Clair from the reception. Thanks to Safaa from HK and Malak from F&B. Thanks to the concierge and thanks to everyone. We were in room 1018 and I hope we always have the same room. We are honeymooners and we received a fruit basket, a cake and the best treatment.
