Everything was exceptional, the breakfast was diversified and delicious. Also the security is on high level 👌🏻. Furthermore, I had a small situation with the deposits, I forgot my scarf at the breakfast lounge & I asked for it the next day and it was wrapped nicely and waiting for me to pick it up ☺️

The place is a little far from the heart of the Alexandria city and the attractions

It’s absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean and well a managed it’s more like a resort itself and all the staff are amazing and always smiling and helpful I would say it’s on the level of the Dubai hotels everything is well kept and managed. Top service.

It’s a little bit out of town and slightly isolated location however it is closer to airport and they offer complementary airport shuttle. All the staff are amazing and kind and always smiling There are no Uber taxis in the area for some reason they don’t operate in the area!!! So In order to leave the area you have to use the hotel transport which is expensive

Overall the staff are amazing starting from arrival until checkout. Big thanks to the staff Rooms specially the new section are great and modern Pools and facilities are excellent Location is good if you want to quick gateway outside of Alexandrea

I didn’t like how the close the main breakfast hall and make it limited for “group” I understand if the place is full you direct some members to another room The small breakfast buffet was not as per expectation or quality the room is cigar/bar where you come in the morning with cigars and alcohol smells not right love to start your morning I really didn’t like this

We received a warm welcome at the front desk, making our check-in a breeze, and were delighted with our fantastic room. After a day of fun by the pool, we returned to our room, where they surprised us with a complimentary fruit dish. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and all the amenities we needed were readily available.

While our stay was enjoyable, it's worth noting that certain amenities like toothbrushes and shaving kits were not provided, which is common in some hotels. However, this was not a major issue for us.

It lies quite outside of Alexandria. Reaching the City Center either by limousine service, taxi or inDrive takes at least 40 minutes via a highway.

The reception. Took too much time and were wrong about payment. Also at 9 am at the room the bell rang and the cleaning lady asked me if i need to have the room cleaned!

We decided to spend our 7th anniversary in the hotel and it was a really unforgettable experience due to the below points: 1- The staff was so exceptional and really supportive especially Ms. Haya and her team, during our visit, everything we asked for was special and wonderful and the setup of our romantic dinner was an amazing job. 2- Plus the food there was really delicious and richy we really enjoyed our staying there.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is excellent. There is a free a free shuttle to the airport.. We also ordered transportation to Alexandria and orders were perfect and most importantly punctual. Room service is also very good as we ordered food a few times to the rooms. We were also given a free upgrade for both of our rooms.

The Iralian restaurant (Fillini) is very poor. The staff are friendly similar to the rest of the hotel but the food quality is really poor. I can comfortably say that I had there the worst pizza I ever had and didn't finish it of course.

First of all, the hotel picks up the airport for free, and you can also rent or have a guide who drives a car to travel to the city center with you !!which is very convenient and comfortable, and the interior of the hotel is very luxurious, with a swimming pool, breakfast, gym, and equipment, and the service staff are also very friendly and happy! Even more friendly than I think and they will make you feel that you are the king !!
