Kids club team was dedicating with kids although more activity on the beach was preferred (e.g Foam party, Bubble party, Clown show, etc). All Hotel staff were amazing, helpful to a very high level.

Activity for adults was very limited, repetitive and not exciting….!!!

Second time visiting this great resort! The rooms are spacious and clean and have great sea view. The private beach is calm, nice and has perfect sun position. The water is great and it is easy to just take a quick swim and do some snorkel compared to many other resorts in Hurghada where you need to walk long distance through shallow water in order to be able to swim. The breakfast is really good and has a great variation of dishes. Can highly recommend this resort!

The spa area could definitely need some renovation. The waiters on the beach are really slow as well as the room service. Improving this things and the resort will get 10/10 from me but for now I give it 8/10.

The buffet breakfast was as excellent. It would be nice to have a pot of coffee on the table with service. Too many smokers outside and especially at the entertainment and the Beach and pool. Please restrict the smoking, even present when sitting on balcony. Reduce your waste overall, Egypt has garbage everywhere, our planet is dying!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Marriott and I must say it was an exceptional experience. What truly stood out during my stay was the remarkable service and hospitality provided by the staff. They demonstrated a high level of professionalism and all possessed excellent skills in guest service. First and foremost, I would like to commend the restaurant manager, Mahmoud. The pool bar, Mohamed Hajaj, also deserves special mention for his exceptional service and attentiveness. The reception staff, Hajar, Rawan, and Abdulrahman, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Their knowledge and efficiency added to the overall positive experience. Even the room service, provided by Mohammed Fakhry, was exceptional. Overall, my experience at Marriott Hurghada was truly wonderful. The level of service displayed by the entire team was outstanding, and they all contributed to making my stay remarkable .

extremly loud animation at pool area.... full power music with big loudspeakers for several hours a day - very annoying

All employees are courteous, polite and cooperative, starting from the bell men of hotel entrance, reception, front office, room service, restaurant, and beach cafeteria. They always smile and are cheerful. The entire hotel is extremely clean, the Wi-Fi is very good, the hotel’s location is excellent and close to the city center for those who want to see Hurghada or eat any meals outside the hotel. Finally, I would like to thank all the employees and all staff 🙏🙏

The breakfast is good and varied, but it does not change. For lunch or dinner meals, they are very expensive for the value. Also, the variety and taste are not at the level of a hotel like Marriott. The second thing is that there are not many entertainment means in the hotel.

Absolutely lovely!! Beautiful room , wonderful grand premises. And most importantly- the people!!! ❤️ Our butler was an angel and took amazing care of us , for which we were so grateful, while the rest of the staff were so kind and polite and helpful at all times too. We just wish we chose Marriot for our whole stay as it showed an incredible contrast to the awful experience we had at the Meraki Hotel which we escaped from to you for our last night in Hurghada. Thank you Marriot!

Not much. A little dated but that’s not a problem because the service makes up for lack of absolutely anything. Also the building site next door is of course a little bit of an eye sore, but we understand that’s only a temporary problem , so no issue there either. Would definitely return to this hotel if ever back in Hurghada

I would like to emphasize the exceptional assistance and friendliness provided by the hotel manager, Mr. Waleed, and the receptionist. Throughout my stay at Marriott, I experienced some soundproofing issues due to being allocated a connecting room. Nevertheless, Marriott swiftly and effectively addressed the problem, ensuring that I had an enjoyable stay. The hotel's impressive problem-solving skills have left a positive impression, and if I ever return to Hurghada, I would gladly choose to stay at Marriott again.

This is our second time staying at Marriott resort in Hurghada and it was wonderful experience there. What we like: 1- Nice hotel with private and clean beach which we had great time enjoying the sun and sea. 2- Very good facilities and activities which every night there was live music and shows from different countries. 3- Food is great especially dinner which they have different cuisine every day. 4- Good size room facing the sea and thanks to Tarek who put us in a very beautiful big room which was superb and checked us in very fast. 5- Super friendly staffs and I would mention some of them Tarek in the reception, Hammed was so nice and quick at the restaurant and Ebrahim was so welcoming at the restaurant. Especial thanks to Tarek for treat us a coffee before leaving the hotel and because his great hospitality we will come to the hotel again and again.

There no many things that we don’t like: 1- Furnitures and hotel are quiet old. 2- There are no shops or cafes nearby.

I want to thank all the mariott family for the quality time i had me and my family starting from the reception and the nice welcome by Ms. Hager and finalizing the booking , accommodation confirmations and paper work in no time , moving forward to the rooms and its cleanliness and the fast response to our requests , moreover the breakfast and the dinner were excellent thanks to mr. mahmoud eltaher also for the greeting and the excellent follow up , for the accommodation and the time amusement on the beach thanks for the entertainment team specially Aly. Thanks all again it couldn't be that good if ur efforts weren't there.
