We liked everything and have almost nothing to complain. From the reception to the waiters in the restaurants, they were always friendly and tried their best. The room size is quite good so do the bathroom size. All very clean and in nice condition. We got a room with balcony with a great view!

The food in the first day we did not like. The vegetables were too hard, so not cooked enough. But in the second day was a bit better and finally in the third day was tasteful. But the salad here was always fresh differently of some other hotels we stayed in Egypt. It would be nice to have not just one type of fruit as a dessert and perhaps some ice cream available.

As we stayed in Hurgada many times - this was the best hotel so far. Extremly good food and kind helpfull staff. Hotel is smaller ehich is great. Restaurant is at rooftop with amazing view. Wellness - excellent. We had hamam and massage was so good, one of the best. Regarding location, also close to all shops, few minutes walk. Beach just 150m from hotel. Owner of the hotel, all the time at hotel, to meet the guests, speak with them - very professional.

We book all inclusive package - but they do not offer any alcohol and they offer limited selection of soft drinks.

I loved my room it was spacious and very clean. Just how i liked it. It was just like being at home. It was lovely to see the owner and the kind manager. The man on the reception desk on my first day of arrival was really helpful, friendly, and gave me some kind of hospitality. He made me feel comfortable at the reception area.

The WiFi was not very strong at times. It was a little sad when I clocked late because I never had the chance to have my dinner. I have been before, and i have never been charged for room service. So on my 5th day, I wanted room service. As i got the breakfast from downstairs, the man came straight to my face and said, "You must pay for room service and you have to pay for all other three days" I got quite embarrassed because he said it to me in a firm way infront of the other staff. So I never said anything and politely said ok. I have visited this hotel before, and I have never got charged for room services in the past. Why was it any difference now?

The best value for money in Hurghada. Our first room was a bit small, but perfect for a 2-3 night stay, however being here for nearly two weeks they upgraded us to one of the larger rooms/flats with a kitchenette and living area. The beds are super hard if thats your thing but dont let that put you off. This hotel is amazing, the pool is perfect, breakfast is lovely albeit the same daily, the dinner (which was included in the low low price) was always lovely. The staff however are the stars of the show and honestly bend over backward to make a person feel at home and happy. For the price, Swiss Wellness cannot be beaten, specially when you factor in the included breakfast and dinner and with staff like this its the best place to stay bar none. We will be visiting again for certain in the coming years.

Beds are a little hard, washing machine had some issues but thats it, the rest is perfect!!

This is a pleasant and very welcoming hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food was good and plentiful. It's in a quiet area. The rooms are comfortable. The bed was a little harder than I prefer but only slightly so.

The shower had a little problem: its base had been wrongly installed, so that it tilted slightly towards the door and therefore water always leaked onto the bathroom floor. It was clear from the woodwork by the door that this has been a problem for a long time. Also, I would have preferred to have a few pastries at breakfast, or cereal.

A real honest review for Swiss wellness dive resort, thank you all for your warm welcome and great hospitality, all staff from Front office manager Mr. Mahmoud, Mr. Ahmed Ali the resident manager and all other staff are professional, helpful, friendly and smiling, the cleanliness and the touch of classy is really appreciated, I enjoyed very much my vacation at your cosy relaxing resort, it is worth mentioning that food is realy cooked with love ❤️ thanks to Chef Hazem, it is realy an experience would love to take again, felt like home .....thanks to all of you.

The breakfast buffet needs a little bit of improvement with more varieties. However, food taste is really tasty

My experience at this hotel was truly exceptional. Upon my early arrival, the staff graciously offered an 8am check-in and surprised me with a complimentary suite upgrade and they allowed me to check-out late at 2 pm as well! I would thank Ms. Nada for her beautiful smile and sweet attitude at all times. The team at the hotel is among the most courteous and professional I've encountered. I cannot mention all of them by name but I appreciate that they remembered my name and showed a tight commitment to my satisfaction. They are so attentiveness in a nice way and they respectful for personal space. I guess they had extensive training. The spa team is particularly commendable and I would personally like to thank Ms. Nada. While the hotel isn't directly on the waterfront, it's a mere minute's walk away. It is offering a serene and secluded ambiance though. The presence of the attentive manager, Mr Mohammad, on-site further assures a smooth and delightful stay. Only their was some maintenance noise on the background in the last day of my stay but I think this was unavoidable because of the upgrades they are conducting. Overall, I would recommend this hotel specially if you are a couple looking to have a quiet stay and enjoy a great spa services while accessing beaches and visiting the surrounding islands. This hotel would make a great stay for you.

Reception staff were excellent - nothing was too difficult for them to arrange. The were happy to assist whenever asked. Overall it was good value for money.

bathroom is a bit dark - some bright lights would help Shower was very small given the immense size of the bathroom Variety of offerings for breakfast were a little light on - perhaps some muesli and/or cereals would have been good (can't remember whether yoghurt was available) The photos website photos appear to indicate that the hotel is on the waterfront, when in fact is is set a couple of blocks back from the water.

great hotel! very polite staff. at late check-in they brought us dinner to the room. daily cleaning - very clean and cozy. we had a sea view room. beautiful view and sunrises. breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea. the beach is very close (3 min.). it's free, clean and convenient. sandy, not deep. comfortable with a child. I got good impressions.
