F&B staff need more training.

i really like the new seagull hotel not the old one. They gave me a family room at the old hotel, I didn’t like it so they upgraded me to a spectacular room. I was speechless and even cried when they showed me. I was going through some rough time, Irina at the public relation desk checked on me everyday. she made sure I was well taken care of, she really showed me compassion. she explained my situation to her colleagues and they make sure I was satisfied and had a great time i never had that to any other I went to. big thank you to Mohamed the cleaning man, he was so kind with my kids , everyday did something special for them while fixing their bed. we were all so happy and felt so special.

i didn’t like the food, I feel that it was lacking variety. it’s the same food everyday. if you are not familiar with the oriental food , you are very limited with your choice.

Location was great, swimming pools were awesome. Room was clean and nice.Larger beach was beautiful, crystal clear water and clean sand.

Food variety was poor , same food everyday. Fish restaurant wasn’t good at all.

Me and my family of 5 went for 4 days and it was more than we imagine so many pool a great Aqua suitable for kids and adults there was a show everynight at 9 which everyshow was very fun and entertaining to watch the staff for the show were all very fun and playing with the kids and în the morning there was voleyball game with the guests and the staff at the beach overall I would recomend the hotel and its location was so good you go out from the hotel and find a market around it all the staff were great especially aseem from recption was helping us with everything.

This is the sixth year that I have spent my vacation in Seagul. The hotel is wonderful with a very relaxing atmosphere, and it is an excellent destination for those who love tranquility and relaxation. The staff is excellent and pays attention to the smallest details. Everyone is very cheerful and helpful, and the recreational activities are more than wonderful. I would like to extend my special thanks to the wonderful Mr. Ashraf Ramadan for the excellent hospitality. And Mr. Mohammad Ibrahim and Mr. Sameh for the wonderful and professional attitude, and Amr Al-Srougi, Mahmoud Al-Adly, and Ayman Abdel-Azim for his wonderful singing and music.

They organized a wide range of activities and entertainment programs that kept both adults and children engaged and entertained. Whether it was the lively evening shows or the fun poolside games, the animation team ensured that there was always something exciting to do. Their enthusiasm and talent added a vibrant touch to our holiday experience. Another highlight of the Sea Gull Hotel is its beautiful beach and the fantastic beach restaurants. The beach was well-maintained, offering a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoying the stunning views of the Red Sea. The beach restaurants served delicious food with a great variety of options, and the staff there were always friendly and attentive, making our dining experiences delightful. Overall, the Sea Gull Hotel provided an excellent holiday experience with its wonderful staff, immaculate cleanliness, outstanding animation team, and lovely beach restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Hurghada.

Great location and set up inside. Lots to do with kids. Staff was very nice and welcoming. The beach is ok for kids

Music is very loud until midnight, hard to sleep before that. Food is not good, too many options but very few ok.

Food and room service were good. Beach was very nice. Location was very convenient as the hotel is in the city so you can go out walking or shopping at lower prices than the hotel’s shops. The staff was very helpful and met all our requests promptly.

There is no machine coffee anywhere except in the reception bar. None in the restaurants or beach bars. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the rooms. Only shower gel. The animation program is very poor. No aerobics or aqua gym. Only one girl passed by us everyday saying that there was no program for that day for some reason. The daily show was very late at 945 to 10:15.
