great location, perfect for airport shuttle bus! was super clean, comfortable bed (pillow wasn’t the best though), the lady at check in was so jolly & helpful ☺️

Banging & music all night & we had to be up for 3:40am for shuttle bus, came down and the music was pumping loud in reception!! (not great when you’ve not slept & have an early flight)

They put a crib in the room four our 1 year old. That was awesome surprise.

Price of shuttle to and from hotel made it an expensive stay. I’m not sure why this hotel doesn’t have shuttle from airport to hotel, only shuttle from hotel to airport. We paid $30 euro for shuttle from airport to hotel and another $25 euro for hotel shuttle back to airport. Coming from canada we expected free shuttle to hotel.

It was super easy and also cheap to get to the airport even at 4am in the morning! I would definitely book it again.

My room was good sized and clean, and the hotel had an elevator. I arrived late without dinner and they sold drinks, pretzels, and even offered packaged sandwiches.

They deliver you to the airport for a fee, and at early hours, but do not pick up from the airport. I was able to save taxi fee from Vienna by taking the Sbahn train to Fischamend, where a passer-by phoned a local taxi for me. In the room there are no drawers for clothes. There are some hangers but no real closet, and no drinking glass. I got one from the front desk.

Very clean, quiet rooms. Reasonable price for hotel close to the airport. Helpful staff on reception who organised the shuttle bus the next day. I would stay here again.

I'd read the comments regarding the lack of air conditioning so prepared for that. A fan was in the room & I used it all night as it was still quite warm for mid September. Breakfast was very limited, but ok. There is no restaurant for evening meal & no decent restaurants close to the hotel. I found an ok pizzeria about 15-20 minutes walk into the local town.

Very near to airport. We booked rental car near airport so decided to stay here for one night before picking up our car. Also, after a long journey you may wanna travel fast to nearest hotel to airport and have rest rather than going to the city centre which might be another hussle. As Vienna wasn’t our first destination, we rather stayed near the airport than travel to city center. The room was comfortable, we got room next to each other for 5 of us. The staff gave us the ground floor rooms, far from rooms of big group so that we will feel more comfortable. Very accomodating and considerate.

Due to our room was on ground floor and at the end of the hallway, the hotel internet was rather slow and poor connection

We had an early flight back to the UK so we booked this hotel due to the location and availability of transport to the airport. The reception staff were friendly as was the guy whom drive us to the airport in the early morning! TBH, the hotel is set up to accommodate getting to the airport and it achieved exactly that.

It was a real shame it didn't have an onsite restaurant. We thought it did before we arrived from the information we had. Sadly it wasn't to be :o( We arrived late, couldn't be bothered to walk back into town upon discovering this, and survived on some snacks we had bought previously. Not a great hardship after a few cans of beer :o)

I appreciated that this was a much more reasonably priced hotel than all the other options near the Vienna airport and was just a fairly short inexpensive taxi ride from the Vienna airport. I arrived fairly late, quickly grabbed a cab and received a friendly welcome from desk clerk AND, much appreciated was able to buy a delicious sandwich and other food as my late nite dinner. The hotel had a nice breakfast & coffee area in morning and provided free van service back to the airport. I was very satisfied w my choice of LifeHotel Vienna

I had no dislikes -- it was just as presented on booking.com, in fact, even better than I expected. I esp appreciated the easy check in & easy, thoughtful availability of real food (not just snack items) upon my late nite arrival.

Lovely staff, especially the guy on the day shift helping us with super useful recommendations. 10 mins from the airport, you can reach this place only by taxi if you arrive after midnight (just 20 euros) or 15 mins walk to the closest train station during the day which is really good for going in town. Room was not too small, super clean, hot shower & comfortable bed!

Overall good, not a lot of facilities in the room, a kettle would he nice, no aircon but small fan in the room works just fine!

Everything was clean and comfortable, breakfast was really good and the staff was nice.

Our flight was delayed and we came to the hotel at 2 am really exhausted with two little kids. The receptionist told us that he didn't see our booking and it took a long time to find it, although we had all the documents and emails with us. I should say that the man wasn't too friendly and we didn't even get any apologies for the long waiting. Except this, everything else was great.
