i liked the room very neat and clean, spacious and great for the value.

one cafeteria/kitchen staff (chef) answered rude to me just because his other staff has miscommunication with me regarding the payment for food which was only worth 20 aed he talk rude like i am running from that 20 dh meal😂 which was his new staff fault for giving me wrong information.

The location is very accessible specially going to major roads. The staffs were very polite and approachable. The apartment is spacious. Couch is so nice and comfy. Although it’s a bit old, I just covered it with extra blanket which the staff handed to me nicely. The bed is nice and sheets are clean and crispy.

The ac is not that cold. Smells cigarette as I forgot to ask non-smoking room but it’s okay. Tub is old and full of scratches. There is a divider in the tub which makes it hard to enter for shower. The unit and lobby seems old and dark but still good for its price. overall, it’s ok.

The trip and the room were excellent, services were great and value for money.would love to book again for sure.and will suggest to other as well.

Everything was good for us, just to let other that the place is in industrial area and is the tallest building with in 3km radius.its not that I don't like.

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful. Check-in was quick and smooth (they were even able to accommodate our late arrival). The rooms were nice, spacious, and generally well furnished. Also helpful is that there is a supermarket within easy walking distance.

It would have been nice to have a few more plates and bowls in the kitchen.

Room were kept clean. House keeping guys were good. like to name Analiza who was prompt to attend to request in providing house keeping stuff. just that i dont see a particular time in them cleaning room. at 4pm i am seeing then coming to room for cleaning. may be becs of short of staff... managing with existing limited team.

i didnt like at all the spread out of breakfast, none around to attend to guest, surprising that for buffet breakfast, no hot breakfast were served.. such as, i requested for an omelette, i been told it will be on chargeable basis.. every hotel serves minimum omelette when on request. same type food kept rotating after 2 days.. nothing different. i stayed for 9 nights and i stopped having it after 4 days. once i tried, couple of times, for room service, phone kept ringing, even tried reception, neither they too were of any help to contact hotel restaurant .. so decided to ordered food using zomato app, which had lot of options around. I didnt see warmness in staff in restaurant.

I like that room, how spacious and fully furnished it is that meets all expectations. The staff are all kind, polite and very accommodating, all my important requests has been granted.

The location is a bit far from the grocery and shopping malls. Apart from that everything was great.

We booked the 2bedroom hall of the Ewan suites Hotel. staffs were very accommodating and the service was really pleasant.the room was huge. And we used the pool privately soo cool! Wifi,parking kitchen is a big yes to us.

The shower room as the floor gets easily wet which is manageable .its not a big deal to us.

it was spacious and compact at the same time. I liked how updated facilities the room had that made me feel like home away from home

no tv in the bedroom, towel was just one, and some of the furniture was unstable and sofa was worn out
