This is the second time we stay at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised to see the quick improvements since our last stay. We recommended this hotel to all our relatives that were travelling in the area, and will be sure to stay here again if we're in the vicinity.

The only reason we don't give it 10 stars is because the breakfast is not the best. We've stayed at different Best Westerns and they typically offer eggs, bacon, potatoes and other items for breakfast. This is more of a snack bar since there aren't muffins or decent sized danishes to even call it continental breakfast.

So let me give EDUARDO and JUSTYN @ the front desk BOTH a 12/10 just for being so understanding and eager to make my check in process as easy as they possibly could have. I had to check out of another hotel last minute due to some issues w security and cars getting messed with etc....EDUARDO went above and beyond to help me get checked in and situated without hesitation. Him and JUSTUN were both able to grant me my requests w a smile! The whole process was the definition of what customer service should be in this industry! Thank u Eduardo/Justyn. They both deserve a raise like....yesterday!

My only complaint so far would be the lack of storaget/closet space and the furniture being rather bare in my room.

I've been staying here numerous times & I keep coming back, because of the friendliness of the staff & how accommodating they are. Along with the upkeep of the rooms & facilities overall, which with the reasonable rate of the rooms, it's a great value of comfort and it's conveniently located right across the street from Raley's & lots of places to eat.

People smoking outside my room & the smoke wafting into my room. Also kids running up & down outside my room. It's very loud & disturbing. Perhaps there needs to be a sign that designated SM king areas not outside of "non-smoking" rooms & also a "No Running" sign.

I truly enjoy the night worker Jordan he's extremely amazingly awesome & he's actually the main reason why I come back as often as I do!! Thank U so much Jordan for being so bad a*$, I'm super grateful that we had the opportunity to meet U & I'm super excited to see what ur future holds!! Also the maintenance man Spencer is also such a great person to have on ur team, he's open minded, hard working, & is on top if his job, both these young men love there job's & I believe there in the department that suits them both well & what they possess as employee's!!

I didn't like that there was no word on the fact that the pool was open, the last few time's I stayed the pool was closed & it would have been nice had I been told so I could use it bcuz I've been wanting to swim so bad, ive been here for almost 8/10 day's & now that I'm down to my last few day's I figure it out, & only because people where swimming. I've been goin thru so so much & just really need some R&R.

We really enjoyed our stay there! Even though it is a hotel with many rooms, it was really quiet. Very nice and friendly staff, clean rooms that offer everything that one searches for :) The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of food from cereals to bagels. We would love to come back!

The check-in process went very smoothly, once I found the office!! The room was a comfortable size. It was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable. The television worked well. I did not use the coffeemaker. The water pressure in the shower was great and the water was hot. The room was very quiet. The location of the hotel was ideal. I did not take advantage of the free breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

I cannot think of anything that could have improved my stay.

Location is great. Love they have a pool and hot tub. Most staff is pretty friendly.

Rooms are old and dated , especially the shower. Always looks dingy. Hot tub is hardly working and that’s the main reason I book at this hotel.

Location good. The front desk woman was helpful and attentive to my timeframe, and phoned cleaning staff to check on timing which indeed worked with a room avail in 15min. I was very appreciative of her professionalism with both me and other staff. Her easy friendliness also was restful after a long day of travel. She set the stage for a comfortable stay. I thought to myself she would be a great hire.

The mattress was much too soft. I had to sleep with the pillows under me for support.

The room that I received was clean, and comfortable. The area was very quiet even though the room was located right across from the pool on the ground floor. There were great eating selections in close proximity.

I stayed one night. The only issue that I had was my bathtub had very slow drainage. Taking a shower I was standing in ankle deep water as the water was not draining as fast as the shower was putting out.

The value of staying, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. I visited this Sure Stay Hotel in Fairfield a few years back..Now, tremendous change, cleanliness and great value! Thank you so much Earnest and the staffs!!!

Hmmmmm; I'll just say it's a good value and very clean inside the room!!!!
