nice rooms, clean, quiet. there was an issue when I arrived because there weren’t rooms ready and people were waiting and upset. however, it was due to a staff shortage (which everyone is dealing with right now) and the guy at the desk was doing the very best he could. he was handling it and staying so nice and apologetic with everyone even when they were upset. I really get bad about the whole thing. I was actually on my way to visit someone and had just wanted to drop off my bag so I told them I’d put my stuff back in my car and they could finish my room whenever since I hadn’t planned to be back til late. I just requested my key (which he had ready to go immediately) so I could get in my room later without having to do the desk thing again and when I came back later, the key worked with no issues. 10/10 service

the fridge had this pretty loud annoying buzz that I tried to stop by unplugging the fridge but it’s set behind the lip of a cabinet so you can’t pull it out. so I resorted to trying to drown it out with the ac. also, the toilet had a very difficult time flushing.

Very clean and the staff is very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Large pet-friendly room. Microwave and refrigerator.

I don’t understand the reviews that mention bugs. My room was immaculate. Very misleading that reviewers made negative comments about this hotel.

The staff has excellent customer service skills, they made us feel like home with our family and they were very prompt in responding to our request during our stay. Thumbs up to staff, Jet, Edward and Dale. Thank you guys!

Excellent every time

The girls (workers) closed kitchen before breakfast ended. It was 9 when I went in there it supposed to be until 9:30. But they eating in there n they had nothing left I guess they didn’t want to cook anymore.

disappointed they don’t serve continental breakfast anymore, front desk person said it was because COVID but no one in property was wearing a face mask, jacuzzi water was extremely dirty

Nice clean room, conformable bed, lots of room.

The toilet seat was dangerously loose and I tightened it myself. The valve in the toilet tank was over filling the tank and water was coming out from behind the flush handle. The water would fill so high in the bowl that I couldn't sit down to go to the bathroom without giving the twigs and berries a swim. Really gross.

Location was great. Eateries were plenty & within walking distance. Friendly staff.

Disappointed that there was no breakfast as described in booking information. Coffee & a muffin is NOT breakfast.

The size of the room and having a fridge and microwave.

Due to covid I suppose, when I came in the evening (10 pm or so) tge first night I had to wait for someone to let me in, as the hotel was locked and had to wait for 5 min plus.

Our room was clean and comfortable and the location was convenient. A good value for the money.

The breakfast was simply coffee and muffins. A dog was barking in one of the nearby rooms.
