The "included breakfast" missed the mark a little...the eggs were overcooked and would have been nice to have a meat choice. The do-it-yourself waffle machine was great and the blueberry waffles were delicious! Also, wished the breakfast hours were a little longer. Thank you!

I enjoyed the breakfast. Beds were comfortable and clean. Close to food and shopping. My grandma lives in the senior mobile park next to it so it was very convenient and one of the reasons I choose it.

The window has blinds but its somewhat thin and bleeds morning light through. It would be nice to have a option to keep the room dark. Not a deal breaker but maybe for travelers wanting to sleep in and not have the morning light wake them.

I enjoyed the ease of booking and checking in. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The abundance of towels was great too. The space of the room was awesome.

I didn't like that the hallway to get to the room was extremely warm and smothering. There was also a huge hole in the screen of the window so no night air if you needed. The couch was a bit worn as you could feel the metal from the sofa bed. The hanger in the bathroom was also broken so couldn't hang your robe or towel if need be.

Great price for the quality all around. Staff were all very nice. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable, and Breakfast was a wonderful touch (and it wasn’t just a typical muffin and fruit) they had eggs, sausage, oatmeal yogurt, etc..

I had a handicapped room but had to go buy a shower chair because there was not a built in shower bench, as I was told there would be when I called the hotel to inquire prior to our stay.

They were super respectful and understanding rooms were clean.... They provided milk for my baby when it wasn't breakfast time, because we had forgotten to stop before arriving....

They didn't have boiled eggs for breakfast 🥞 lol it's the only thing I could think of.

The suites were roomy & beds were comfortable. Staff at the front desk was nice. Easy to find and close to shopping outlet.

The pull out bed in the couch was a bit lop-sided, lumpy and there was no bedding provided. The walls are thin so we can here the room next have a full blown conversation.

The place was clean nice food was good staff was excellent

I stayed at three different places that weekend the only issue I have and of course it was a holiday yes I have not received any of my deposits from anyone and I think it was like $100 at each place just curious how long that takes

I love everything the staff is amazing and clean my mom kids and myself all felt so comfortable

Loved the pool and spa had my grandkids visit and they had a great time swimming. I loved the spa. Room size was also very nice. Great bathroom lots of counter space.

Your entry keys were frustrating, always had to get new ones. Wish you were a pet friendly hotel.
