Quiet and welcoming. Nobody bothered us and the staff is just the right amount of friendly. Elevator is always available and fast. I like that we can get noodles late at night. But you need cash for that. We got our free parking as requested by booking.com (self parking on site is the main reason why we went with this hotel). The hotel is just minutes away from a lot of POIs and supply runs. We went by car and by subway. Our room is clean, spacious and no musky wet smell. Hot water is consistent in the bathroom. The bed is comfortable to get a restful sleep. We stayed here to attend a wedding and we enjoyed 4 nights, 5 days without a problem. We didn't require house cleaning or any room service. Easy check-in and check out. We left very early to catch our morning flight. All we had to do was leave the entry keys at the reception. No need to wait for someone.

Elevators don't go to the lower level so you have to walk outside to go down to your car. Not a big deal if you're able to walk. The furniture needs updating or at least repair. The nails in the small drawers are showing, the handles on the bedside tables are falling. The hangers are skewed and squeaky. No board and iron, so we brought a steamer. The AC cools the room quickly and effectively but it needs maintenance. It gurgles loudly when starting and sustains a hum while in operation, although the hum rather helped my wife fall asleep faster. No complimentary breakfast. Just coffee and muffin would have been much appreciated. Or a microwave in the room so we can warm something to eat in the morning when we cant get out of bed as early.to grab breakfast somewhere.

The room was clean and big, basic, but up to standard and good place to stay. Great location for me. Bathroom was also clean and had everything you needed.

check-in experience was odd. they photocopied my credit card and passport (first hotel in the US to do this) and were pretty short and not particularly friendly.

Great location. It’s in the Koreatown but on a quiet location. The room is quiet so the walls are well insulated. The curtains are thick so it blocks out the sun. The room has a fridge and the lobby has a microwave.

The room is dated but clean. The thing I did not like is that the air conditioner is loud so have to turn it off at night so I can sleep.

My initial room was noisy due to the proximity of the HVAC. Staff promptly changed my room. From housekeeping to front desk. All were very nice and helpful.

Odd mix of new and dated finishing. Elevator didn't go down to parking. A little quirky that way, but it didn't bother me at all. Bar didn't seem to be available during my stay.

JJ Grand was a great place to stay to explore the KoreaTown area of LA. We attended a show at the Wiltern theater and the hotel was within walking distance to the venue and food options afterward.

A few pieces of the hotel felt a little old but everything worked fine.

They had parking which was great. I arrived a bit early but they were able to accomodate me, I appreciate that. The room was big and had everything needed. The location was central located to all the places I needed to go, Weho and downtown.

The staff was incredibly nice and everything seem to be clean just little more clean would make the place pop more.

I didn't like how the ac in our room wasn't working. I thought the staff usually checks all that before a guest arrived. But maybe not, i will keep an eye on that next time.
