The bed was very comfortable. The hallways always smelled good for some reason. Though this was probably due to coffee at the time. They provide some water and a Keurig with coffees it was perfect figuring we are coffee addicts. The jet tub was perfect for much needed relaxation. Everything was really wonderful through the whole trip. Checking in was easy and they answered the questions I had, plus answered more when I called back down.

Only downside I could even say and it really didnt bother me any, was the pool was smaller than the pictures made it seem.

Excellent Breakfast

Elevators are broken. And by appearances no real sense of urgency to fix them. I found that to be kind of odd. I’m physically challenged due to several surgeries on my hip femur and knee. Climbing stairs is an inconvenience for a healthy person but for a person with limited mobility it is a complete drudgery.

We like that we booked for the pool but we never got in it. Room had a hot tub. The waitress that we had was very attentive and polite. The guy at the desk was very helpful also.

The hot tub was not big enough for 2 people. The food menu was really small considering the previous menu that had a ton of different food options.

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The facility was very clean. We had a small issue with the room but the staff came immediately to take. are of the issue.

That there was food left in the refrigerator from the previous guests. That was concerning to us in reference to the level of cleanliness from housekeeping, but the staff from the front desk took care of that problem once we made them aware of it.

I didn’t have breakfast. Location was why I stayed there, convenient to 26.

Young lady was cleaning room when I checked out I told her she could clean my room that I was checking out, she saw that I was having difficulty with the luggage cart , offered to help me and walked me to elevator . Her name was Wendy, could not ask for more

I loved the spa tub, and the hotel is in a great area. Oh, and also, the environment was nice.

The only thing I didn't like was that the spa tub was still a little dirty, so I had to clean it out before we could get in it.

The employees were professional and kind. The room was a good size, clean and easy to access from the lobby.

The price wasnt bad, but they do charge extra for incidentals. Breakfast to go was not free. It was $12

Everything was very clean. Service was friendly. Location was perfect and easy to find.

Breakfast was lacking in many areas. The cost was higher than expected compared to another hotel we stayed at in the same area for less and just as good quality.

I liked that I paid for breakfast at booking and my breakfast vouchers were given to me when I checked in. I liked that the hotel had a bar and grill. My friend got hungry in the evening and it was too cold to go out.

Our room was a little small. I did request a top floor or high floor through the app. However, I was only given a second floor room.

From the time you walk in the building it feels like you've spent a fortune. Maybe I caught a good deal but hey, ill take it 😂 it's a beautiful hotel. The room was immaculately clean. The water pressure was great. The neutrogena bath products were great for my family. They enjoyed everything about the place. It was near every shopping center and etc. Just wonderful.

The bed wasn't great. It was a bit flimsy for my liking. I've slept in much better beds but it wasn't by any means a deal breaker but the pillows SUCKED! from a Hilton hotel you expect a comfy bed and nice supportive pillows but not here, these pillows felt like Walmart specials that have run their course long ago. The breakfast wasn't great especially paying for it. I never tried the lunch/dinner. It tasted ok but it would be actually good if it were free. I've had better food from the Quality Inn/Sleep Inn or Wingate. The pool is rather small but ehhhhh Ijs
