The staff that checked us in was very personable. And our breakfast was great. More importantly, my son had left his dorm keys in the room and didn’t realize for a week. Ms. Lopez from the front desk took her own time to go to the post office and return them to us. We are very grateful to her kindness, and so glad Best Western had the keen eye to hire such a great employee. Thank you!

The hotel accommodated a very late check-in and the room was clean and up to expectation. All in all the grounds appeared well kept and it was easy to access the location from the highway after a full day of driving. Thank you!

Breakfast was very good, staff very professional

no light on end table. At night there is a big flood light that shine in the room and it look light day time all night. The bed had a big dent on the side near the door. tissue holder disgusting need a new one.

Room was clean and the ac blew cold air. The bathroom was clean, and the water didn't take long to get hot. The breakfast was nice, simple, and enjoyable.

Elevator smell like bleach, ice machine leaked, room needed minor repair, and the parking lot was a little hard to navigate.

Staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean. I couldn't hook my fire stick to the TV though. The room was quite expensive. I guess because of St. Patty's Day.n.

This was my 2nd time staying here. The first time was great. This time my room was not clean. Got a staph infection. Not sure if it was bedding or bathroom area. And I’m not happy about it. Room was way overpriced then most rooms i the area. And this is the 2 no time I’ve had a issue with rude staff members. They refused to give me a printed receipt and they always seem unhappy to be at work.

I slept well. I didn't hear doors slamming all night. The hotel was packed. Ppl were waiting till midnight for a room if they did not have reservations. This was the Monday after Christmas. One girl working at check-in, probably due to covid. I-95 was stop and go traffic. The employee seemed to handle things well.

The room was very clean, modern, and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had a microwave and a refrigerator. The hotel was quiet, and a continental breakfast was provided, along with free Wifi. There was plenty of onsite parking too. The hotel also had a pool.

The room was warm. We had a hard time regulating the temperature of the room. We ordered delivery, and our food came without utensils. When we asked the night time hotel staff for a fork from the breakfast area, we were told that we couldn't have one. However, the day staff told us we could have had a fork after I shared I had to eat my food with my fingers.
