Best Western Grand Victorian Inn

Close to where i needed to handle the business i made the trip for,clean comfortable rooms

Other guests closing their doors with a loud bang. I was told at check in the lounge would be closed Sunday and Monday so I eent yo local eateries for lunch dinner . Monday I went to take advantage of the offering of breakfast.Cold soggy eggs in clumps cold sausage links No pastries available no ice available for juices. Nextbtrip i will fore go breakfast. No working phone in the room and being told lounge would be closed, intook my guests out to eat, came back around 7 and the lounge was open for business

Breakfast was ok. Need more options. The waffles were good. Some Organic cereals would be nice. Like Kashi. Bigger and better tasting muffins. Almond Milk to drink or put on cereal. We did not eat any cereal!!! The beds were comfortable. We asked for help with the TV and they came right away. I asked for another blanket and it was delivered promptly. My biggest complaint is that the inside of the heat register was filthy with dust!!! I asked them if they could clean it, but that never did happen!!!! Children, older adults and people with Asthma should not have to deal with those conditions.

I love the pool and jacuzzi. Also love the fact I can bring my service dog. I've stayed at Grand Victorian so many times. I know my service dogs favorite was staring at himself in the mirror before getting on the elevator the way Tanner what strut his stuff like a million dollar baby is priceless. Sad to see mirror doors on elevator gone. I think that's what brought 100 percent more luxurious to this hotel alonh with many other unique features . Enjoyed our stay.

The only bad thing I have to say for the two nights we stayed is that we had nothing but trouble with getting into our room. We had multiple key exchanges, etc and the last night they gave us a new set that worked for maybe a hour bc we had to go out often because we had our pet with us and it stopped working and at this point one person had to stay in the room to let the other person in everytime we left the room. Stayed her multiple times before and never had an issue with the door.

The staff was great from the moment we first got there, advised the bar was closed that night but that if we wanted anything he would get it for us, even said if we wanted a mixed drink he would do his best to make it. The room was clean and comfortable... the whirlpool in the room was prefect. The breakfast was good and fresh hot food was available.

The hot tub had alot of kids in it. But other than that we had a perfect stay.

Breakfast was good a mixture of hot and cold items sausage eggs, cereals, etc... We only stayed overnight so we did not check out the swimming pool. But the jacuzzi was great, We were also able to check in a little earlier which was great,

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my needs in a stressful time of myself in the hospital did more than I expected to help us in anyway they could. I certainly would stay there again, GREAT JOB Best Western Sayre!!!

The room with the spa tub and kitchenette was a bonus! The manager was very accommodating and very pleasant to interact with.

Location and the service for the dinner in the bar area, but the beers were nice and cold! That was a plus to offset the dinner!

Friendliest and more than welcoming staff, especially considering it was booked full and some people tend to get overwhelmed and their attitudes change. From checking in to checking out, was treated kindly, with a smile and genuine emotion!

Breakfast was fresh. Pretty basic with eggs, waffles, toast and yogurt.

The common spaces were a little dirty, but the room was very clean
