The property is lovely inside and out. The bed was quite comfortable. Inez’s homemade bread and Tom’s omelets, French toast, etc. were delicious. The A/C worked well. The hosts are very knowledgeable about the area and their advice on places to visit was much appreciated. And those adorable dogs were quite entertaining!

I would rather have had an en-suite bath, though we had the hall bath entirely to ourselves, just due to fear of waking others during the night.

Beautiful property, gracious hosts, very comfortable. we had a very nice room (Harriet) with private bathroom and king size bed. The breakfast was very tasty and made to order. Wonderful back patio/porch, amazing firefly display at night, cute dogs roaming around that love attention. A true B&B experience! The home is amazing, built in the 1860’s, but fully updated and maintained.

not near anything, walking distance. You’ll need to drive everywhere. Not really an issue for us though.

Beautiful setting! The owners have done a wonderful job with the house, gardens and property. Very comfortable and the nicest hosts! Adjacent to Robert Treman park for great hikes and Ithaca is gorges of course. We highly recommend!

Tom's breakfast was extremely good. We travelled with a dog and she was immensely happy there. Inez and Tom's dogs were especially friendly, they got along very well. Inez gave us usefull tips where we can visit and which restaurants are pet friendly in the area. The place was very clean and cozy.

We loved how clean it was and the amazing views. Inez and Tom and excellent hosts and made our stay relaxing, fun, and, well, perfect! Breakfast was amazing and they readily accommodated my gluten free diet with delicious options. It was a true oasis, and their dogs Floyd and Sally are so goofy and sweet! Very central to a lot of wineries and restaurants, but tucked away in an area surrounded by lovely mountain views. Our room, the Harriet Tubman suite, was quiet, clean, and comfortable and met all our needs and more. The bed was so comfortable! We could’ve, and wanted to, stay for much longer than our two nights! Thank you Inez and Tom!

Honestly? We loved everything!

I really like this very clean and private place . You can feel a lot of love put in every corner, every flower and plant. We enjoyed our quite time . It was very healing to my husband who just had a stroke a month ago. Very close to any location you are going to around the area. I appreciate the kitchen that we can keep our special diet. And very friendly and nice owner who showed everything around and explained details. We are so lucky to find this place and looking forward to get back again

The owners were very attentive and welcoming. The room was very spacious and quiet. We ate breakfast out back which was really lovely. Overall a fabulous stay!

Beautiful location- close to Ithaca, NY and Cornell University. Hosts were delightful and were gracious in giving suggestions of places to dine and sightsee. Breakfasts and accommodations were excellent!

There were no problems or issues. The separate bathroom was a difference, but not a problem.
