Had a rough start when we first arrived but when we came back later the afternoon the evening staff member was very helpful and quite accommodating in changing our rooms when we found out that we had been placed in 2 single beds rooms and not doubles. We greatly appreciated him in helping us out on that situation.

Storage area for luggage was just a over size closet area with other items from the hotel. We had thought as this was an airport hotel (and we have been to many of your airport hotels elsewhere ) there would be an actual storage area/room for luggage for those who arrived in the morning and wanted to drop off and then go out for the day until rooms were ready. Was told by the young man at the desk that he wouldnt check us in until after 1pm and our rooms would not be ready till 3. He suggested we sit with the luggage in the lounge and wait ? or leave the luggage in the lounge area till we came back? Not impressed with that !

The hotel is very nice, the staff is attentive, helpful and swift. All facilities are as described! Breakfast is excellent and the choice can please any taste. The plus is brought by the free shuttle to the airport, every half an hour.

There are a few details that can be fixed without any investment, just by asking the staff in charge to forfill their duty: The two beautiful lamps on the desk were impossible to turn on. Either the bulbs were not working, or the wiring. The housekeeping should pass the vacuum cleaner under the bed, as there were crackers, and dust for at least two months!

Perfect location if you need to catch a flight at Schiphol Airport. There is a free shuttle service, but (!) it is a 5 minutes walk to a general bus-stop (called "De Hoek") with a bus every 5 minutes or so. Almost no noise from the landing strip from Schiphol. Comfy rooms.

There is nothing to do in the area. Only a McDonalds or the restaurant from the hotel (or something expensive at the airport). Staff is quite un-interested in their customers (acting like underpaid teen-agers).

The room was well equipped and clean and tidy. Our rooms were close by, as requested, and easily accessible. We had 2 lovely meals in the neighbouring hotel. The room was well sound proofed as although we were near Schipol Airport, and planes were taking off and landing constantly, it did not disturb our sleep. There was a huge range of breakfast items to choose from. The hot items were kept hot. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were provided with a coffee machine, but asked in reception and were given a kettle, English breakfast tea and milk.

The lighting was a bit dim for our elderly relatives.

I ended up staying here at the last minute for 3 nights. I was alone so just wanted somewhere clean and safe and the hotel met all my expectations. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. The shower was powerful and worked beautifully with never ending hot water. I didn’t eat in the hotel but went to the McDonald which is basically across the car park or I ordered food from Deliveroo and met the driver outside to collect. There was a vending machine in reception when I wanted a bottle of coke, other than that I drank water from the taps in the room using cups provided with the coffee and kettle. If I was ever needing a hotel near the airport again I would definitely go here as the bed is comfortable and the shower is great which are the most important things to me.

The facilities were great! The room was nicely and cosy organised, the shower was nice! The staff was very helpful! When we had a problem with the window since we were unable to open it at all, managers Madina and Ronald organised moving to another room since it was a problem for me not to have a fresh air, so they were a great help with this query! The location was amazing! Free shuttle service and easy metro access to the centre of Amsterdam from the airport! There was a restaurant at the hotel. Generally, a very nice hotel to stay and visit Amsterdam 😊

The variety of food at the restaurant could be improved. The coffee machine kept broken each time we were trying to make a second coffee in the morning... The window was completely locked due to safety issues but aparently, it was a problem for me since I like to have an access to the fresh air. Apart of those above, everything else was great!

The rooms were very comfortable. Great Value. We stayed for two days and used the free shuttle to the airport/train station. From the airport, we took the train to the Central Station in Amsterdam and did our sightseeing. I wish the shuttle was a little bigger than a mini van. Sometimes we had to wait for the second van.

The staff was very unfriendly. No one smiled, and they seemed bothered when you approached the front desk. Our coffee maker didn't work and they didn't seem to care. I walked to McDonald's for coffee.

Hotel is amazingly located for those arriving or departing at Schiphol AMS Airport. Hotel offers a free Shuttle every 30 Mins. It is in a very quiet area and near McDonald. Good location and no busy area for walkers. Hotel front desk was amazing with check in and check out, rooms are super comfortable, clean, spacious, bed is comfortable.Rooms have safe and closets to hang your clothes and also have refrigerator. Shower and Bathroom are big and modern. Rooms are served by elevators. Their breakfast is the best in the area with a wide variate of fresh food and well maintained breakfast area.

I like everything

Schiphol airport had a number of canceled flights, so the hotel was busy, the room was not ready when I arrived, but one of the staff members, Felicia, who's shift was finished, volunteered to help with my room. It was very kind of her! The room was nice, spacious, nicely furnished, bed was comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was reliable and on time.

The shuttle to the airport was very helpful (although the 0630 shuttle bus to the airport was somewhat disorganized and arrangements for riders-to-vans wasn't immediately made clear)

Accessing the wing in which my room was located was a little convoluted - some twists in the corridors and various doorways. And the corridors were dark (the lighting came on eventually). I also suggest using the larger shuttle buses instead of the smaller vans for the number of riders encountered.
