The room had a proper sizing and very practical for one person. Bathroom is functional and well kept. I really enjoyed the breakfast which offers a good selection of savoury and sweet food. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended for a short stay

Nothing to complain

The location is nice, close to subway station to go to Central station. Very good eating places near by as well as a grocery store right round the corner. Lady at the counter was very helpful , she told us the quick and cheap way to go to Lake Cuomo. Also booked our cab back to Milane centrale. The gentleman on the helpdesk was nice too who guided us to a grand italian restaurent nearby and made our reservation on phone.

I loved everything in this hotel. It’s clean, the location is just perfect, the stuff is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it

The only super uncomfortable thing was a very old plastic electronic shower system that wasn’t working properly. It would be muuuch better to replace it in to a new cheap classical system 🙏🏻

exception service is a grand older hotel. very good breakfast. we had no hot water but they did everything they could to remedy this and finally put us in a beautiful upgraded room

the AC never really got cool. it was in the 90 degree range during our stay. Also these rooms need some upgrading to their electrical outlets. there are not enough outlets and they are synced with a central room key deal. So at night when you turn out the lights or when you leave and remove your key things stop charging. If I was here on business both of the rooms we had were inadequate with regard to available electrical outlets. room 274 and 346 specifically.

I liked the location, the staff was ok and the overall experience was good!

Probably breakfast should be more well organized. Some people had coffee from coffee machines and some didn't, there was a machine to cut and squeeze oranges but there was no clue on how to use it. Also, the ingredients list should be displayed for allergies.

The room was well appointed and comfortable. And the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The place is very nice to look at and seems historic. The location was great - near a number of things without being in the middle of a bunch of noise.

The only issue was that there was a power outage of some sort in that part of the city (hardly the hotel's fault) and then the hotel's WiFi did not come back on for more than a day, which was a little bit of a problem since we had work to do that required internet access.

The room has everything. It was clean and fit enough for two people. The towels were changed and the room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was exceptional, I've never seen this many options before, including healthy snacks. The staff was friendly and even helped us carry our bags

The location is excellent, is close to the metro station and to good restaurants, shops and also to to some city attractions. The personnel was very kind and attentive.

The breakfast was good, however, is the same menu every day, so after three days eating the same you get tired of it :D.

The breakfast prepared for patrons was exceptional. There was a good variety of hot and cold to choose from. The food was very fresh and well presented. Lavish may be too strong a word but abundant properly describes the breakfast offerings.

I have no criticism.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. A personalised touch to the check in made us feel right at home. The room was clean and spacious and although we were right next to the elevator we couldn't hear anything. After checking out at 12pm (a later check out than most places offer), the front desk kept our bags for us for the rest of the day.

A lot of single-use plastic bottles in the bathroom for the complimentary products. Very few plug points in the room.
