Wonderful hotel. We arrived after a long flight to a very helpful staff. Our first trip to Italy so we had lots of questions. The staff was great. The room was clean and good amount of space for a European hotel, which are usually small. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent and a good value for $12 Euros per person. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant too, which was good. Other good restaurants and bars are nearby. We took the Hop On/Hop Off bus one day around Rome, at the hotel's suggestion. Was a fun way to see a lot. This property is located 2-3 blocks from the main Train Station, which is helpful if you are traveling by train. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Hotel room was really high quality. Bathroom was above expectations. Location couldn’t have been better we could see the top of the escalators inside Termini from our 5th floor window. If you include using the underground you’re under 20 minutes from basically every Roman attraction. Staff were all really lovely as well. Also with the current travel restrictions there’s a pharmacy 5 minute walk from the hotel that will give you a test result in English for travel.

Being a bit picky but there’s a corner around from the hotel that sounded quite rough our first night with some fights (corner closest to the Temini stairs) Still there’s 3 other corners to use when returning late at night and we had literally zero issues.

The Bell staff was incredible! we rented a car at the airport and were very uneasy driving at night through Rome, but as we pulled up the the hotel, the Parking garage was difficult to find and the staff jumped right in the car with my husband and got him settled while I got us checked in. The restaurant and bar on site was wonderful!

Location is great. We visit Rome a lot, and like the west side of the Termini station. The room was nice and clean but at this price we expected more. Beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Bathroom was ok, but as we prefer always shower on bathtub, we were a bit disappointed from the bathtub: very slippery and difficult to get in and out of. Breakfast was really disappointing if not worse. The selection is poor, and the quality of the products is not satisfactory. In a 4-star hotel at such prices, a quick makeover should be done at breakfast.

Conveniently located right next to the train station which was exactly where we wanted to be. The staff is lovely and helpful, the facilities are great, and great breakfast with great gluten-free options! The room was clean and comfortable. The area is a bit noisy but that’s what you would expect near a train station. Plenty of restaurants around too, and 15mn walk from the Trevi fountain.

We were there one night because Rome was just a short stop. I wouldn’t stay there for an extended period of time as the location isn’t ideal.

Everything went well. the check-in was seamless. I arrived at 11h45 am and my room was ready. That was a huge bonus as I was tired from a long train journey from Lake Como to Rome.

I fell in the shower. The shower floor was very slippery , it has a slope as you step into it and then you stand in a lowered part with your feet whilst you shower. I did not notice the slope as I stepped into the shower. As I stepped out my feet slipped on the wet slope, fell and bumped my head. I did not report it to management as I was ok - but I would say to fellow travellers please be aware of the way the shower slopes and to management perhaps you need to have a look as to what you can improve with regards to the shower floor fitting as it is dangerous for an unsuspecting traveler.

This stay met my expectations - which were reasonably high. I'd had to find a hotel on very short notice and decided to stay somewhere "fancy". Of course, I couldn't afford the Palazzo Cinquecento but I'd hoped this would be the next best thing and I wasn't disappointed. The staff were pleasant, the room was large and well supplied, the bed extremely comfortable and the overhead shower and accompanying bath products luxurious. Dinner in the restaurant was quite good, as was breakfast the next morning.

I was on the 2nd floor and I don't know how well the balcony windows were sealing, as a fair bit of street noise seemed to be seeping through. I'm a very light sleeper, and wondered if it would keep me awake - there was loud music playing at the restaurant across the road - but they didn't go late, and besides, I always travel with earplugs, so I didn't really hear anything at all.

We loved this hotel. Very curteous staff only too helpful to make sure you have the best stay. Rooms lovely and big with plenty of room for your suitcases and space to hang your clothes with draws to put your clothes in. Lovely and clean. great variety of food for breakfast. Though hotel is close to Termini station it's handy to everywhere you wish to go. Hop on hop off bus is just around the corner, We highly recommend this hotel. It's one of the best hotels we have stayed in. We couldn't fault anything. We thank everyone for taking such go care of us
