Location was ideal. Code based checkin was seamless and extremely convenient. Contact with hotel was efficient and prompt. My room was clean. In terms of facilities, very useful to have a fridge/microwave/iron for longer stays related to work.

Curtains didn't close fully - maybe only covered 60% of the window - not ideal in 24 hours of sunlight. (There were blinds too, but some of them had gaps). Room was clean, if a little tired in the bathroom.

The room was functional, comfortable and very clean. The bonus was the iron, ironing board and basic kitchen utensils, enough to prepare a simple meal. You have everything you need for a short stay, including the fridge. The contactless check-in worked perfectly.

The room's interior could be a bit more "homey", with small means like curtains, etc. Currently it's very plain, reminding of a hospital room. :) But that was not a big issue, since I was only spending nights there.

It is in a really good location, very easy to get to the train station and bus station for if you want to venture further afield.

A couple of times I returned to the building and the front door wasn't properly closed so anyone could have walked in. Also pretty much my whole stay, the door to the floor I was on wasn't closed properly either (luckily my room door always was).

Minimalist, all you need, clean.

The outlet on the wall didn't work.

The room was clean and well equipped with the most useful things for eating and drinking coffee and tea in the room. The communication with the property was correct and we get in time all the information necessary in a con tactless check in hotel. Location in a good area connected with the city and train central station and public transport services.

I didn't like the position of the bathroom in the middle of the room. It was strange for me to sleep in the same room with a bathroom adopted inside of it, while the beds where in a very narrow space not easily to get in and get off from the bed.

The location was good. Short walk to center. Pricing was good. Just my opinion, you could use some privacy curtains, in the undressing area for the shower. I was traveling with my daughter, and a little privacy would be nice. Otherwise the room was clean and nice.

As stated above, lack of privacy coming out of shower. Bathroom wasn't big enough to be changing clothes. So a privacy curtain would be nice.

There was reasonably priced parking on site, there was complimentary laundry in the basement with soap, the beds were comfortable as was the room. It was very quiet when the window was closed. There was no problem getting around town from the location. The Helsinki transit system has a great app where you can buy a ticket for your entire stay and see everything you like.

I found the pillows quite small but I always travel with one. The cleanliness of the room was good, but the top of the cupboard was really dusty (we put a bag up there), and the shower drain needed recaulking or a deep cleaning. I have stayed at multiple Forenom facilities and the value and quality are incredible for the price. I have a light sleeper in my family who has never been awoken during a stay. It was a bit hot for my taste as well, but I live far north in Finland. I definitely recommend this place.

We did not worry ,that we might arrive too late, we did not have to interact anyone, it was perfect. Keycode process worked perfectly. The hotel was easy to find, it took just 20 minutes to walk there from our event at Allas Seapool. At the room everything was nice and clean and beautiful, there was everything we needed.

A little coffee maybe (there was some tea, though) could have been for morning in the room, but no roblem

Excellent facilities and very close to the tram station plus only a 10 minute walk into the centre. A resident set the fire alarm off whilst we were there (cooking popcorn!) and this was well handled - there was clearly a lot of thought into fire safety and this made me feel safer overall. The key codes are also a good idea for safety.

The room was very comfortable for two people and we really enjoyed to use a door code instead of carrying door card or key. Another aspect was the location of the aparthotel which allowed to travel wherevery we want mostly on foot.

Door codes are at everwhere. Would be more sufficient to have a code for main entrance and room door only.
