Very friendly apartment hotel; nice to have a different area as a living room/kitchen. Very clean, very friendly service. Great Sushi place just next door. Everything is fairly new.

There's a kitchen but zero goods. Would make sense to put there tea, coffee and basics like salt& pepper. The bed area is pretty narrow The steps are steep. Was not an issue for us, but some will find it bothering.

I loved the high ceilings of the rooms, and the decor and ambience of the rooms generally. I also appreciated having my own balcony/terrace to use. Location was great - within walking distance from most things I needed to do. The staff at reception were wonderful.

I suggest they remove reference to limiting the number of toilet rolls per room per week which is a bit strange, and that the once weekly service time not begin until 9.30 am (currently it is from 9 am). It would have been great if the kitchen included a kitchen tea towel, hand towel, and dishwashing machine detergent. But these are small gripes and do not detract much from my overall satisfaction.

A modern hotel that is well suited for a longer stay and for working as well. Our room was very quiet and we slept well. Good air conditioning. Nice roof-top bar & sauna with a stunning view. Some of the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful.

This hotel could have easily got a full rating from me if they had paid a little more attention to service & maintenance. The rooms are only cleaned once a week (which we weren't informed about at check-in). Even toilet paper is not replenished, you have to go and ask for more at the reception. During our 1.5 week stay, our drain got blocked, we ran out of garbage bags, we ran out of toilet paper all the time, the hand-held shower lost pressure, the Wi-FI crashed a few times (conveniently just before a Teams meeting). The floors got quite dirty, so it would have been nice to be able to at least borrow a vacuum cleaner since cleaning was only once a week.

-Overall services. The room and common spaces were excellent. -Sauna was a really nice additional service.

-I couldn't connect to the free wifi. It is weird that the hotel sells itself as comfortable for work trips, but then wifi connection needs login or requires additional payment. It should be as simple as give the password to hosts. -Breakfast looked really poor for 12€. It should be included for free or improved. I've preferred to breakfast in local cafes. -Why is the point of having two saunas and limit all hosts to only one when the other is not reserved for events?

The hotel feels brand new, contemporary interiors, spacious but cosy rooms. Extremely high ceilings, panoramic window and a comfortable double bed. Extremely spacious and clean bathroom. Well outfitted for long stays, but still has all the necessities for a short stay. Very welcoming staff. Stay included access to gym and sauna. Not the most central location but there is a tram stop outside, also a grocery shop and a few cafes.

I suppose the breakfast could be better, but it was not too bad either. There is also a construction site directly in front of the hotel and later in the evening the area does feel a little deserted

Istayed for 4 nights (13-18 July 2023). 1. The receptionests (very polite and respectful receptionesr day and night). 2. 24 hour desk.. 3. The new furnature (this Unity hotel apartments in Helsinky is new). 4. The price (comparing to other hotel apartments). 5. Quite area (no noise from the streets). 6. There is a tram stop about 200 meters. 7. Most attractions are whithin 3 to 4 km (2 to 3 miles). 8. There are 2 supermarkets 200 to 300 meters away (one of them is 24 hours open). 9. There is a pharmacy 200 meters away. 10. There is A/C in the room but you can not control it. It is controlled from the main desk. However the weather is nice in mid of July in Helsinki, especially at night.

1. The cleaning services are limited (they give towels bags.. etc) but they do not clean the room every day (once a week per their rules), and you have to leave the room clean as you recieved it, otherwise you have to pay fees for that (it will be taken from you later on as per their policy). 2. The pillows are too small and very soft ( but the bed is ok) (double bed is about 150 or 160 cm). 3. The bed is in the upper floor of the room (if you book for one room; but do not know about other rooms and studios).

The hotel is new, very clean and has everything you could need for a short stay.

Steepness of stairs to mezzanine. Quilt on bed too small for 2 people!

The size of the room, the location of the hotel in a good recently constructed neighboor, the staff was so nice and helping and available, they speak english and have given tips for visiting around, the fact that there is a sona included for travellers is also good. Staff and location are 10/10

We paid for breakfast option, day 1 there was a small buffet, the next 2 days they removed the buffet and were serving microscopic portions (barely 1 bagel, a hot drink and a smoothie). Was expecting warmer than that. Sona was very small and always busy, also the fact that mens get 2 hours a day and women 2 hours is a very very short time because sona was busy all the time, and also the even/off days is so confusing and travellers didn't respect/understand it properly.

The excellent work chair, great work set up, so many places to work in their unique lobby, as for the room - if you need a neat cave to get some work done - that's the spot. the design of the building is gorgeous, and the breakfast was Fabulous, their mattress and sheets are top quality as well. The staff was lovely and reliable.

The fact you need to call housekeeping to open the bed and close it (when you need the desk) kind of ridiculous - there has to be a better solution. please guys, please. the size of the bed, I felt squeezed as 186 cm (anyone shorter will be most comfortable)

Best hotel I've been to in terms of value. It's like a studio apartment with a small kitchen and all the necessities for cooking. The bed is up the stairs, which makes a good separation between the living area and sleeping one. Breakfast is alright, but croissants and bread were fresh and it's there until twelve o'clock, which is amazing. And the staff was very friendly and without any questions checked me in 1,5 hours earlier, as my room had been already prepared. 3 tram stops from the city center, which takes about 9 minutes in total to get there. 15-20 if you're walking.

I get that since there's a whole kitchen, it's my responsibility to fill it with all kinds of things, but charging 3 euros for a teabag is just a bit too much. You don't need bottled water in Finland, but maybe at least two teabags with the most basic flavor? Like Earl Grey or English Breakfast? Also it was a bit chilly in the room, and the air conditioner couldn't go higher than 22,5 degrees.
