Stayed here for 3 nights, and we had a good comfortable stay. The room was a little small but manageable if you don’t have too many bags. On request we got the sea facing room and the views were great. Shower area may feel a little cramped. As an asian i was relieved they had bidet in the toilets. Breakfast was good too, but i would have prefer the menu to change on alternate days as i noticed with my stay in radison blu helsinki and stockholm they serve the same breakfast everyday. Walking distance to a supermarket nearby, tram station is just across. Overall good place to stay away from the busy areas.

The location of the hotel is 20 min walking from the center of the Helsinki, where all the main attractions are located it is also about 20 min walking distance to the ferry West Terminal 2. The hotel itself is large, but our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful. We could leave our luggage in the separate secured area before check in and go to explore the city. We also bought breakfast with our stay, which had a very large selection of everything, from cereal and eggs, sausages, bacon, beans, to vegetables and fruits, juices, coffee, tea, water, pastries and bread, fish and cheese. I might have missed something else, because I just couldn't try it all in two days. It was impressive. We also had complimentary access to the gym and sauna. We would definitely come back to the same location and the same hotel on our next visit to Helsinki. Enjoy your stay! 🤗

The hotel is very well situated on the shores of the Gulf of Finland. It offers a fabulous breakfast and the choice of food is fantastic. I liked the warm bread for breakfast. The gentleman at the front desk greeted me very nicely. I also enjoyed the sauna every night. It was really perfect!

I came to the hotel for Christmas. There were only two guests in the restaurant. After dinner I wanted to see the beautiful decorations and the Christmas tree but the waitress said: "Miss, there's the exit!" I know how I got in... It was my first night in Finland and I had never seen a restaurant that served dinner by candlelight only. I told her I just wanted to see their beautiful decorations and beautiful Christmas tree, but she acted like it bothered her. A big minus of the hotel is that the room was heated only at night, during the day it was cold, the radiators were switched on centrally only at night. The bathroom in my room 345 did not run hot water, only mild and cold. It could not be set to more than 38 degrees.

Breakfast was really great, cleaning plates was dependent on one one person who did an awesome jobe the first days. Last day i guess he was off it was a mess. There was a big assortment of food to choose from (one day the scrammbled eggs were a bit wet but ....well still okay). We ejoyed it a lot

The menu of the restaurant was already a little limited but we both saw something we liked so we decided to give it a go. They didn't have the salmon (1/4 of the menu) and only ice for dessert, i really was unhappy about this but we couldn't go to another restaurant anymore. And no compensation, like a cup of coffee or something. Restocking the room you had to ask for and the coffee i wanted was gone..seems like the extra money I paid for the upgrade was't really enough. Also the slippers and bathrobe were one size fit some...that didn't include me

The room was great. Big TV, mini fridge, safe, big comfy bed and air conditioning. Really nice room and even got to watch some football on it. The breakfast however was magnificent. Well worth the price, it had everything, eggs/omelette made by request, sausages, bacon, bread, beans, juices, fruit, pastries.. I could go on and on. Coffee was also 2 types, from a superauto machine and already made coffee. The location of course was also great. There are 2 trams that go to the centre from there, 1T specifically was very nearby. There also weren't really many sounds from outside, especially during the night.

Our room was the first one in the hallway so we heard the hallway door slam often during the day, but during the night it was not an issue. Also the check-in was very long that there was a line for some reason. Unusual.

One of the best beds and pillows I´ve had in hotel. I could return only for the bed :-) Because of the back insury, im very picky about the bed. I had the best sleep! Rooms very large, very clean and comfortable. Personal was nice. Breakfast was amazing!

Only downside was that our rooms where messed up. I sent list of our visitors (there were 23 of us), who is sharing the room with who. Unfortunately hotel didnt recive it from booking.com. Dispite of that mess, our stay in that hotel was amazing!

The family room has two wide double beds, which are very comfortable. Pillows were a bit too soft, but ok. The room is really big with separated toilet and bathroom. Loved the room! Breakfast is really good and there is almost too much everything, it is hard to choose what to eat :) Location is good, short walk to the city centre and we love the sea next to the hotel. Also good restaurants near.

The bar was really a disappointment. We stayed here the night between Satuday and Sunday, and the lobby bar was closed. We had to go to the restaurant and order our drinks from the cashier desk. And they were really busy with the restaurant.

Very good location, very good breakfast .Restaurant in the morning is crowdy but tables are cleaned right away so you can get a place fast. Expensive parking but this seems to be a trend all around Helsinki. We asked for the room with window to the port and it was given to us. Nice view in the evening.

Be aware that rooms are not cleaned every day unless you request it. It is written on the key paper and in the elevator but most people incl myself do not read this kind of messages especially if you need glasses to read. Reception never mentioned that during registration and I believe they should have done it . For 4 starts hotel it is normal to make room every day so one may be negatively surprised coming to the room in the evening and seeing it not fixed.

Great harbour views, staff super helpful and friendly, able to store luggage before and after check in/out. Three different tram stops minutes walk away from hotel. Breakfast was excellent and a huge range available on the buffet. Comfy bed, room heating/cooling system worked very well. Complimentary cold drinks in reception area were very welcome on hot day.

Wifi was pretty weak, essential static reading websites only. The sauna was in the changing room of gym, which was busier with people not staying at the hotel, less relaxing then ideal.

Location by the sea was an advantage. We could walk to major tourist attractions, it takes about 20 min to walk to the market square. The hotel is close to stop 11 of the hop-on-hop-off bus, which is also convenient. Hotel's staff is very friendly and service oriented! Five stars for the staff! The hotel is clean.

Overall with Radisson one knows what to expect :) The only thing i didnt like here was busy breakfast area, namely long lines at the coffee machine. Although there was coffee in large tanks just next to the machine, many people preferred machine coffee. There were long noticeable lines every morning, so it would not harm to have at least 2 coffee machines for such a large breakfast area :) For the rest all good!
