Great location, friendly staff, peaceful atmosphere

The shower cabin. The window couldn't be opened, and there was no air conditioning. It only received cleaning once every 5 days. We hoped to find at least one TV channel that broadcasts in English.

Good value for money comparatively.

It is what it is, like a boat cabin without the sea sickness.

location close to the royal arena. no fuss check in and check out. the room had everything needed except a hairdryer but we asked the reception and they gave us one to use (for free!)

checked us into the wrong room (with only one bed) instead of the double + bunk bed we had booked, so we had to sort it with the reception. next morning we realised the shower knob wasn't working and the receptionist rolled her eyes like we were weak or stupid. they sent a handyman to fix it almost an hour later so we wasted a morning of our trip just waiting for that. wish they had been clearer about how long it would take him to come fix it so we wouldn't wait for so long.

Close to the airport and the Royal Arena which was my main destination in Copenhagen. When I arrived to the hotel, I got my room upgraded to a Captain single! :) I was really happy to get a better room free of charge. The check in process was easy, the staff was nice and the room was great, especially the temperature - I'm always a bit scared before trips in autumn and winter but this time the room was fairly warm and it always had hot water too. Would recommend, would come back someday too.

The taps in the bathroom are tricky and I was struggling for half an hour to find out how to get hot water. (Now that I'm here, I'll help future travelers: you need to turn the middle one to the left to get hot water!) Also, it would be awesome if the hotel matched the amount of coffee and tea in the room with the nights of stay.

Simple room like in a boat. Kettle with coffee and tea included, bathroom is compact, but still complete. Net protection on window is useful to keep insects out. Breakfast has good options.

Soap and shower gel was available in small quantity. Breakfast may require reservation for queue one day early in case when the dining area is full. Washing machine service guide is not easy to understand. Hint for washing machine: Fill the machine, set cleaning program, insert payment card into payment machine that matches its color, enter machine number and submit for payment (the process might change in the future, ask other visitors or staff).

A very decent place in Copenhagen. It's great for its price (the only one I saw in this price range actually). Small rooms but enough space for a few days and 2 people. Tiny bathrooms but also clean and everything was there. Good location as it's very close to the airport but also to the city center, an 8-10 min walk from the metro/train station. Nice personnel, we could take a hairdryer if needed. Clean room, with a big desk to keep our stuff there. One morning I could hear snoring from another room but it wasn't that loud (I'm just very sensitive to that noise). Overall a very nice place for this price and I would come back.

Rooms are quite small but I know that can't be changed of course. For 1-2 people it's ok, but for 3 i can imagine it would be too tiny.

We booked last minute because our original accommodation canceled on us. We were a bit skeptical because of the reviews, but we’re positively surprised when we arrived! Very clean, comfortable and very affordable. Location is a bit far away which we were aware of, but suuuper close to the airport which was nice, and public transportation to the center was also close. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well! All in all, we enjoyed our stay! :))

Would be beneficial to put more than 1 shower gel packet for multiple night stay. On 2 people, we used it up the first night already:/

I loved the bed in the Standard Queen Room, it was really comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed for five nights and wasn't expecting room-cleaning as it is stated that they only clean the room every five days, but it did get cleaned in the meantime. There is a nice lounge area next to the reception, as well as outside. Breakfast is a standard continental, I especially loved the meatballs and the dessert pastries (highly recommend the cinnamon rolls).

Hotel is nice. Very clean, staff is very friendly. Room is big enough (it could be bigger) to be comfortable. Breakfast is not extremely diverse but it is good food. Train is 8-9 minutes away but it is only 1 station to City centre. In the same place you have metro on 2 lines in the same place. So quite easy to move around from the hotel. Also e-bikes and scooters very close to the hotel. Decent value for money.

Bathroom is very small and not very comfortable. But very clean and you have what you need, towels, soap and shower gel.

The location is perfect, especially if you need to be closed to the Arena which was my case. Close proximity to the mall that have pretty much all the necessity for you to stay in the area. There’s a common room of you want to heat something from the supermarket and enjoy the food, there also a laundry and ironing room. The room is compact but if you keep it tidy, the room is suffice. Transportation is also nearby to get you to the city. Almost forgot to mention, breakfast selections are also pleasant to fuel you up in the morning.

There’s no close proximity of a late night food. You have to stock up. There’s also no refrigerator in the room which makes it hard if you want to keep some little groceries from the supermarket. If there’s a refrigerator in the room it would’ve been perfect.
