Didn't have breakfast but had lunch-dinner and the moment it was served I knew this was going to be expensive. Great quality food hands down. About 25 euros but definitely one of the best meals I had period. Great service Great room service, Friendly Reception Staff, amble secure parking with very Humbled and Courteous Staff. This was equivalent experience to treatment we got from another Hotel which costed twice as much last year. I would stay here again unless if having a beach is a must.

The Internet speeds but that's Country wide nothing to do with the Hotel.

We had done our 2 rooms booking around 6 months back costing us AED 559. When we arrived, we were given rooms on different floors. We requested the staff that we are a family and need rooms besides each other. Since there were no rooms which included this request, the team gave us a free of cost upgrade to suite rooms. Thanks to the front desk manager Salem and the lady at the front desk too (forgot her name). The staff was so cordial and so courteous. They answered all our queries and kept us satisfied. Also one more thing. Hotels in Abu Dhabi allow you to get outside food into the room. So that is a blessing in disguise especially when you are traveling with kids and senior citizens.

Nice Belgian bar, nice rooms and friendly staff. It is close to the airport (taxi was cheap, I think less than +/- 50 aed) and also to the mosque.

The reception staff told us to call 30 min before leaving to get a take-away breakfast bag (we asked this question while checking in the night before). We called at 5.30 am, however, they told us it was not possible anymore since we had to book this much more time in advance. We were a bit disappointed since we had to leave to the airport.

The hotel is really nice. There are restaurants in the structure and with my reservation the breakfast was included. The personnel is kind and helpful, they even refunded part of of the money, as I had a discount with the Ibis hotel. The room was clean and the bathroom was really nice. The price is honest for what you get.

The location is the only thing that I did not like: it is very far away from Abu Dhabi downtown and there is not much to see around. At around 20 minutes walking there is Al Qana, which is a big mall, with peculiar aesthetics. Other than that, there are a lot of buildings under construction. Moving around require to call an Uber, which is expensive in the Emirates capital. Public transportation in Abu Dhabi is not very efficient.

Room was very good and location was nice. Food was also good. swimming pool was neat and clean.

Location is far from the main city. It was summer time and i was expecting discounted rates but Booking.com charged way higher than my expectations. If i managed the booking directly that could be way cheaper. I booked for four nights later i wished to cancel for rest of the two nights but hotel management could not do so as the reservation was done through Booking.com. There must be some relief as anyone can have any emergency and change of plan. Thanks

My flight was too early for my breakfast, but the staff prepared a bag breakfast to take with me to the airport.

I didn't know when I arrived at the airport that there wasn't a hotel shuttle to the hotel from the airport and back. It took some time for me to arrange a way to the hotel, and I hadn't planned to pay for a taxi to the hotel and back to the airport. In other Ibis hotels in Europe, there was a hotel shuttle, and that would have been very nice, if it were available. I would have preferred to have known that I needed to by my own taxi to the hotel.

The hotel was very nice, friendly staff, great breakfast and the room was just big enough for 2 people, I was very pleased with the hotel and food.

One thing to note is that the bus connection to the hotel isn't great, there is a bus stop next to it, but the route it takes is very long and if you miss it you might have to wait a long time depending on the time of the day. Taxis or cars would be more efficient especially if you have to change busses.

The breakfast was very good, delicious and more than enough. The ibis hotel is simply amazing. We spent here 9 days for our honeymoon and all of the staffs were very friendly, helpful and we are very much satisfied with all of the services that they delivered for us. Novotel Hotel's staffs, managers were very kind, helpful and professionals. Thank you so much for everything, we highly recommend your hotel for everyone.

The bus stations and bus stops are far from the hotel. We are lucky, because we like to walk, but it's not true for everybody.
