Rooftop pool absolutely amazing, Nice new facilities. Very clean. Very Nice beds! Very good waterpressure, and supricingly good shampoo and conditioning.

A little annoying the pool bar wasnt open a lot. Pool bar drinks Nice, but food was microwaved. Then the food prices should be cheaper. A little far away but you can still walk everywhere in 30 minutes and close to the Metro. Some noice from the big street, but Windows feels isolated. But one cant sleep with Windows open, but then There is good airconditioning:) Over All we enjoyed our stay

Pretty bathroom design. They give you a 2nd keycard which is very convenient for constantly keeping the minibar's fridge and AC on working when you leave the room. Excellent pool area at the top with a fantastic view on the roundabout of Plaza of Spain. WiFi was working quite well on the roof if you are relatively close to the bar. Extra heavy duvet was available in the room if you are unable to sleep under a laser-cut sheets like me.

2 quite noticable long hairpieces left in the bathrom after previous guests. TV not smart and with a quite grainy picture. The lobby smelt like a toilet (not a clean one)

The room was spacious, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The beds were super comfortable and all the facilities in the room worked well and made our stay so enjoyable. The quiet and efficient air conditioning was a bonus considering the outside temperature was 34 degree during our stay. The room was quiet and calm all night and we slept very soundly after a long, hot train journey from France. Breakfast was sensational with loads of choices and everything freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient both at reception and at breakfast. We loved our stay overall.

The pool is not very welcoming with only a small amount of shade and a few uncomfortable sling back chairs. The bar is set up with loads of chairs and tables all perched in the shade but we wanted to use the pool and it was crowded, too exposed and basically unavailable for anyone extra. We had a quick drink at the bar and left. Unfortunately, the pool area was very disappointing and the biggest let down for us.

Everything is so comfortable! The room, the mattress, the pillows, the bathroom. We had a really good experience in this hotel. I actually didn't feel like it needed renovations as I read in previous reviews.

I didn't think the pool was that comfortable. It's good to refresh, but it's very very very small, the view isn't that amazing and there aren't many places to lay down and relax. I did hear a bit of noise when I was falling asleep, but nothing that disturbed my ability to fall asleep.

The room was neat, was tidied up every day (clean towels every day). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly. Breakfast variety was excellent, we found such a varied selection of gluten-free products I have never seen anywhere before. With the underground we could get to the city centre very fast. Also, there's an excellent tapas bar (Pura Brasa Arenas) right next to the hotel you simply must not miss. Supermarkets, cafés nearby as well. It's been a very good choice. The bar was not open on the rooftop terrace, simply because we were there not in the season - but later I am sure guests will enjoy the terrace and the pool a lot. I highly recommend this place :-).

Great location, you're close to the most important places , and the view from your room is very nice , number one breakfast , you should try it , and you really gotta take some time to enjoy the top view on the pool . Super comfy beds and beautiful bathroom , having a parking place is good , specially in a city that's so hard to find a parking spot

The entrance and desk doesn't match with this great hotel. Also can improve the cleanings on the corridors

everything! Hotel is in an excellent location, very safe neighborhood with restaurants, markets and a shopping mall. Breakfast was good, cleanliness was at a top level (daily cleaning and changing of sheets and towels) and the room was really comfortable. We saw the comments about confusing light switches before booking - it’s really not that complicated.

Maybe it could benefit from adding toilet brushes and additional hooks in bathroms.

Room is very nice - especially if you are coming with your partner - you can see the bath tub from the room (or close blind, if you want). The room is quite big and modern. Huge, comfortable bed. Breakfast is great - fresh orange juice, sandwiches, some scrambled eggs, fried eggs, bacon, sausages. I had seen in some comments that people were missing some vegetables, yet there were some to make a salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, salad, olives, etc). Also some cakes and sweet rolls. Everything you need to start a busy day! (also cava available) The staff is really nice and helpful and you can store your language. Very close to metro station.

I enjoyed everything, yet I believe that lightning might be hard to figure out (quite fancy, so some should like it) As hotel is very close to metro (a big, big plus) it is sometimes "felt" (not even heard, not loud at all, but if you have issues with sleep, you might take earplugs - also not to hear closing neighbors' doors).

Generally updated hotel. Great location close to the heart of Barcelona. Many major sights are walkable, and the area is convenient. Very friendly hotel front desk staff. Large and ideally clean nice looking room I got (#508). Little balcony in my room with a pretty city view. Big all glass windows in my room which gives a lot of natural daylight inside of the room. Super comfortable King Size bed. Nice big bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet separated by an additional door. Good quality bathroom amenities.

Old tiny slow elevators. Slow Wi-Fi. No toilet brush at the bathroom.

Great location, good breakfast, very cool pool on the roof with great view. Lots of great dining in the area, a small supermarket just across the street. The stop for the bus to the Airport was only about 200m from the hotel. The metro is also very close and handy. The room was clean and the king-size bed very comfortable.

The hotel does not have a restaurant, instead there is a STARBUCKS on the ground floor. The hotel does not even have a bar (only on the roof and in season). The room was nice, but if you look at the details, you can see the results of age. But this was not a showstopper.
