The location is not bad. Room is clean and quiet

The first room we got has a broken air con (with air comes out but not cool air) Initially I thought it just takes time to cool down, and we went back to the room during late night so didn’t bother to ask the staff and still stayed for the first night. However, it was unbearable during the summer time and we basically couldn’t fall asleep for the whole night. I went to talk to the staff in the second day, they were really helpful, came and checked the setting of the air con and brought me a fan, but that didn’t help much and the room was still really hot. So eventually the staff helped us to change to another room, with a fully working air con, and it was amazing!

Great location just a few minutes walk from Placa Espanya Metro station where the airport bus picks up/drops off. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms and comfy bed. Decent storage in the room (and we were in a small interior room), great shower and in a very quiet street off the main drag.

We were in a “double room with natural light” so could have had a bit more electrical lights in the room.

Location of the Hotel is quite convenient if you plan on going to Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys for FC Barcelona matches this season 5 min walk to placa Espana & 15 more to the Olympic stadium 🏟! Rooms are spacious and clean, big beds with soft pillows. Employees are very kind and helpful!

Breakfast could be improved, with a limited buffet & basic choices.

Easy to get to off the Airport bus (first stop from the airport and a short walk). A bit lengthy walk to Rambla but the hotel seems to be in a nice, safe part of town. We went out at night to the local restaurants and felt very safe. It’s a 10Euro cab fare to Christopher Columbus statue. I’d recommend it.

The room was clean and confortable, the staff was friendly and the location was great.

the only downside for me was that the hotel only provides 2 tinny small bottles of water only once and no more. I stayed 3 nights in July when the weather is hot and had to buy water in the shop every day which was a bit of pain.

Stayed two nights in this hotel and it really was amazing. Easy to find location, close to the city centre and several amenities just a stone throw away. Wish they had provision for UK chargers. Overall, experience was great.

The window opened into a courtyard with no view Unfortunately my room was next to the cleaners room so in the morning the cleaners woke me up by too much noise which was daily

Location is excellent for Fire Montjuic and Fira Europa is a short bus/metro trip. Breakfast was excellent,room was very clean, staff very helpful.

The room was too hot, the air con didn’t work enough at 5 degrees. and the window gave no fresh air as it was a covered shaft. Not enough english speaking news channels. Room card failed to work twice.

Perfect location near the Fira Barcelona at a walk distance, but the Fira Granvia is also easy with metro or taxi in about 10 - 15 minutes. Hotel was just reopening after closure due to poor business (covid stop). Staff was great and super kind, we arrived very early in the morning just to deposit luggage and bags but rooms were ready and offered immediately available even if we didn't asked it or warned them about the possibility of any early check in. It was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel is quite well known by taxis but sometimes they have been tricky doing the wrong way or they have been late coming to when required, the area is really busy so sometimes this could be a mess but of course it was a failure of the property.
