Lobby was large and very nice. My room was great. It was larger than any regular room I've stayed in before. There was a very nice sofa/bed, TV and desk. The bedroom was large. The king size bed was very nice and comfortable. There was a TV in there too. Bathroom was very nice with a large shower. The breakfast was wonderful. There were many choices of foods and the staff was exceptional. Everything was clean and very well stocked.

That I couldn't stay longer. I will be back.

The staff was great and friendly. They breakfast was great. It was fresh and hot no matter what time we went down stairs during designated time.

The house keeping didn't clean the room the entire time we stayed and we stayed 3 nights. They did give us more towels and take dirty towels and threw one of the trash cans after the 1st night. After that they didn't enter and we never indicated we did not want to have the room serviced. Not sure if they were just short staffed.

Nice location, clean premises, a pretty decent bar to order drinks. Breakfast had a lot of selections. Would be great to have fresh waffles but the packed ones worked though not as great. I love the room size and the extra seat that converts to futon bed.

I think they were too lenient on allowing small kids running around in the bar. I am a lover of kids. They are angels. When you decide to come out of your room and sit in the bar to order wine, you expect quiet but that did not happen. I had to literally gulp my wine and went back to my room. I happened to be there when a kid was running around pushing a stroller back and forth with the mom talking to the kid aloud just like they were in their own kitchen. Also, there was a little funky smell in the room, not sure if it was chemicals or what but it sure was not fresh scent.

The staff was very friendly. Complimentary breakfast was superb. Very close to everything. enjoyed the gym & pool.

didn’t have the cleaning staff come as often. Had to request for additional towels at front desk. Otherwise, when they did come, everything was fine.

Newly renovated room was beautiful and the colors were comforting. Super clean! Wonderful staff! They were very kind and professional!

Breakfast was great, we met the cook, she was very friendly and talks with customers. The food that was served was good.

I know some areas of business might not emphasize wearing a mask when you are coughing but during breakfast we've seen some kids cough on the food. Covid is still upon us, but really don't know who might be carrying it, so it would be nice to have people wear mask if they are sick or coughing. That was the only turn-off for us.

The rooms where great and very clean and enjoyable I really liked the fact that every time I've stayed the rooms are suites so it was easy for my kids and I to have our own private space

Only thing that I was not up to par was the water was off until 2pm on the day we arrived but once that issue was resolved everything was fine from then on

Beds were comfortable. Extra blanket in room as elderly Mom needed the extra one. More than two cups of coffee packages! There were four of us and the extra coffee was great. We totally enjoyed breakfast, added value. All staff were just pleasant and helpful and kind.

Convenient location to loads of dining and shopping nearby. Rooms were nicely appointed, bed was comfortable and shower was wonderful. Very nice free breakfast offerings and comfortable seating. Loved the refrigerator in the room, too.

Location was in a very good for my needs Room was beautifully remodeled, bed was comfy! Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.

Bathroom door (fingers got smashed more that once) is very heavy, no microwave
