Comfort Inn Chandler - Phoenix South I-10

Location was great, quiet and lots of restaurants to walk to. Shower was amazing and breakfast was great on our second morning Conditioner was great

Bed was ok, breakfast the first day was ok not great. Bell peppers mixed with scrambled eggs not a great flavor. Price for room was almost double because of spring training which we were not there for.

I think that the breakfast buffet that you guys have is absolutely the bomb. The staff is super attentive and friendly. There's a nice smoking area outside with chairs and tables and somewhere to put out your cigarettes with trees around it. The swimming pool is definitely a lot nicer but it's really not necessary for you to give me my own private pool. LOL

Not much I didn't like. I made the mistake of staying somewhere else last time and that will never happen again. This is my second stay here and after my first one I made some comments which were answered completely to my satisfaction and brought me back there again. I only stayed elsewhere because I'm on a fixed income and it was cheaper. Well you get what you pay for and the other facility was definitely not worth what I saved.

The gentleman who was the night employee when we arrived on Thursday 3/30 was very kind and helpful and so was Lucy for the rest of our stay. The breakfast was delicious and generous for a week day.

The bathroom was very clean but the shower is peeling.

Room was nice & clean , and for the most part quiet.

The remote control for the TV didn't function correctly, couldn't select the channels I wanted to watch, but it cleared up after 30 min or so. The fruit drinks at the continental breakfast totally watered down, horrible! Un acceptable.

I only stayed for one night, it was a pleasant stay, everything you need for one night, swimming pool was nice, breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel.

I liked that people were in the hallway making noise and I could not hear them in the room. No bumping around in this little gem. The room was well lit up. I loved the lounge area in the room which consist of the chair and ottoman, so comfortable. The bed was comfortable I did not want to get up the next morning. There are restaurants close by. The hotel is located right off the expressway. So, there is easy access on of off the expressway. The airport is close as well. The WiFi was OK for free internet. I will definitely stay again.

Because of the COVID-19 we had to wear mask in the common areas. Some of the amenities were not available but the hotel was so cozy I hardly noticed.

Breakfast was boring not enough food 2 mornings in a row everything was gone. Location good, close to freeway.

We had been moving for ,, 3 days straight morning to night the day we were to check out we had overslept. .and we're woken up by Sam opening our door, much to our surprise it was 1pm, past check out time, we apologized, and felt terrible about it. We are homeless and were quite comfy ... Our card was declined to stay over due to deposit being held. Anyway we had expected our deposit back because there was no smoking or damage in our room, but because we were late to check out we only got half our deposit back. Sam could have just kept our deposit and let us stay the night. But instead we spent the night on the streets in the cold. Waiting for our deposit (what was left of it) to be refunded to our card( took 4 days to get it back!!

This was the perfect place for us to stay on our long road trip with not only our small dog and elderly mom, but also pulling a trailer. It was easy to access off the freeway, and there was enough parking that it was not hard to find a good space to park the trailer. The rooms and beds were very comfortable, and the staff were friendly. It was quiet and restful. There is a nice green grassy strip outside where dogs can go to the bathroom. I'd definitely stay here again.

I didn’t get to have breakfast sorry that I missed that, but I do like that it was close to the freeway.

The bath towels were dingy. I also had a stain on my sheet and something was on one of my blankets., The blanket was changed but the sheet was not. The bathroom door needs to be fixed because when you close / open it, it drags and makes a bunch of noise because it’s too big.

Loved the location, nice and quiet. Very clean and taken care of. Friendly staff.
