The staff friendly and helpful

I left behind in the closet my medical cannabis edibles (I do have my medical card)in a black bag when I called to inform them at front desk they told me tye found nothing 😒 I'm not sure if they have cameras to see who entered after we checked out but the General manager said they must have trown it hum that's strange? Why would the not turn it in to lost & found 😕 needless to say 🤔 I have no medication & if a child would find this bag then think it was candy.I would like to stay there again but now can I trust that if I forget & leave something will they do the right thing?

Everything was great

Well we woke up to a clogged sink. They sent maintenance up to fix it but after over two hours of waiting I went down to request another room. Which they had no probably doing. Trust me the staff there are great. I just wish they would have offered the room change on their own instead of me asking, again after two hours

Nice room size, comfy bed, good breakfast, friendly staff!

The palm tree trimmers truck was noisy early in the morning and we had to ask the front desk to help to clean our windshield. they did call the guys that were cutting trimming the palm trees and our issue was resolved. Palm timers should let guest know to move their cars.

Very nice hotel and great breakfast. comfortable beds, clean rooms.

first night was ok room would not cooldown, AC stayed at 75 too warm for us. Woke up the next morning to no hot water. Plummers on the way that morning. 2nd night stay 5 days later (returning trip) had to be moved to another room as TV did not work, ( front desk clerk had forgotten about that 🙄) otherwise 2nd room was great.

It was convenient to major highways.

When we arrived and got keys to our room, our room hadn't been cleaned. We waited for over a hour for someone to clean it. The hotel pool had a broken heater, so swimming was very cold and no hot tub.

Nice accommodations, we like to the property well maintained and the location was convenient to restaurants.

We woke up the next morning with no hot water at all the tap water was very cold due to cold weather outside. We could not adjust the AC temp to put it cooler than 75 and the room felt stuffy we were uncomfortable during the night.

A warm clean bed & bath after 3 days driving straight thru while having allergies fits

Am a Hilton member but didn't get any points for stay. Went back to hotel to get printed copy of receipt & clerk said he couldn't get an option to place points?? Why is it such a hassle to get points when you are already a member since. Nov. 2020

Customer service was outstanding, very friendly environment.

A c unit wasn't working properly so room wasn't getting as cold as usually does.

Staff was friendly, breakfast options plentiful. The location was great.

The price was a high but there was an event going on that weekend. The pool was closed. Rooms weren't clean regularly.

Last minute we decided to stay one more night and the lady at the front desk was trying to charge us an additional security deposit of $50. After already charging us the $50 deposit when we originally paid. I thought that was really ridiculous given the fact they were already holding my money for the security deposit then wanted to hold up more of my money. We did not end up staying another night we decided to take our business elsewhere. Other than that issue we enjoyed our stay and loved the room. The view outside of our window wasn't very slightly however the room itself was very clean and comfortable.
