Breakfast options were more extensive than anticipated. There were 5 warm breakfast items available, eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal and waffles each morning as well as juices, coffee, tea, fresh fruit, yogurt, dry cereals with milk, bread for toast, muffins and bagels. The egg frittata was especially flavorful! The staff was very friendly and quickly responsive to any requests. The beds, even the sofa bed, were very comfortable! A great location for attending the drag races at Wild Horse Pass!

Paying for parking was an add-on not needed with the parking slots being a tight fit for some vehicles.

Nice spacious clean rooms. Close to everything. Great location. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The pool and jacuzzi were closed due to health department and you had to use the facilities at the hotel across the parking lot!! No mention of that on website when I booked the room!! Also, there was a young girls softball team staying there that ate ALL the bacon one morning, and there wasn't any for anyone else!! Just icky sausage! Was dissappointed!!

The room was huge two bedrooms and a common area with a full size fridge! Breakfast was good although we were never there for it they served some snacks during the week around 530! One day we wanted to use the pool but they were cleaning it so they told us we could go right across the parking lot to use the other hotels pool. It was great they had that option!

Everything was great

The staff was great my son had surgery and got blood on the sheets and they got me fresh sheets in just a few seconds and understood what happened and that means a lot. Thank you team 😊

The pool was down and it was my birthday and all I wanted to do was float and chill. They did say we could use another hotels pool but it had a lot of peeps in it.

Weekday staff as a whole is excellent

Outdated ac kept room 80 or more degrees and uncomfortable. Maint staff could not do better but tried. Weekend morning breakfast staff is terrible and should be replaced. More interested in phone than keeping area stocked and clean.

We enjoyed the way the 2 bedroom suite was setup and the pool.

There was a trash can at the end of the hallway and when it was full trash was smelling and needed to be put out and checked regularly. Also, the elevators stopped working that Sunday evening and my mother is handicapped and there was no way to get her downstairs! The reason why we were visiting your city was a family wedding and short of calling the fire department to get her down so we could go to the wedding our family had to carry her and help walk her down 2 flights of stairs, which made us late and miss some of the wedding. We did tell the front desk which they knew about the elevators however; we were never properly compensated for the dreadful inconvenience. Please send this to the proper person. Thank you

I loved this hotel it was beautiful. The rooms were nice sized, and I loved the kitchenette feature. The pool and hot tub were beautiful. However, it could have been warmer. The staff was fantastic! Breakfast was good every day!

There wasn't anything that stood out to complain about.

Breakfast was typical. Coffees good.

We were there 4 days and on the first day we asked for the light over the stove to be replaced. Someone came right away, looked at it and said she didn’t have that particular bulb. She would buy it the next day and be back. She never did.

The breakfast was satisfactory and meet expectations.

The elevator was out by Rm 318. My mom is 84yrs old and I requested a down & out. The three adults in my party was disabled and had to walk a very long way to get from the front of the Hotel to Rm 318. I did not get the Rm that I had booked with a fire place. I was very dissatisfied with my accommodations.

This was a nice facility. Staff was very friendly, hard working and helpful!

Could use towel bars in bathroom and bathroom door hit the stool. Construction off by 1/2". Other than these little things our stay was great.
