available and price during high season breakfast was good except lots of customers and staff couldn’t keep up and ran out of stuff. direct tv satellite which had FSTV my favorite progressive news media.

maintenance items. door hit jam and was difficult to close fully. bath exhaust fan not working. breakfast ran out of stuff. was on south end of valley, a distance to other places.

The hotel had breakfast every morning which was great especially if you didn’t want to buy any food

I didn’t like that there was only the main entrance and south entrance but no side entrances available for those of us who parked on the side of the building late with children and had to walk to the front entrance

Located between two casinos and had nice firm beds

Breakfast had a number of items missing/not made yet about 30min after start of service. However, I noticed the staff member working on the food was also janitor and working the checkin/out counter so it can be forgiven if she didn't have everything running.

Place was good, a little disappointed that the pool was drained and the guest laundry was under renovation. I understand these things happen, was just a bummer when we were there for a week. Otherwise, great place for the price. Location, size of room, staff all were excellent

Room was larger than we had expected. Location and access to the freeway and centralized to the places we needed to go. It felt safe.

We could hear the people in the next room through the bathroom vent. We could hear the kids in the room above us running back and forth. Breakfast was alright.

Hotel was quite nice, clean, comfortable and a great breakfast.

Room was not ready when it was supposed to be. Waited 25 minutes then left for another commitment. Receptionist caught up and told us the room was ready. We went to our assigned room and it had not been cleaned or changed. We left disappointed but upon our return we had a different assigned room and it was quite nice, very comfortable. We should have been compensated in some way for the inconvenience. There was only one receptionist at the desk and many people were waiting to check in and this took quite a while. The room not being ready on time was unprofessional. The pool is in need of a re-plaster.

One of the nicest places we have stayed in Arizona. The room was really nice with a kitchen, full refrigerator, two queen beds, and an extra room with sofa bed. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great with many choices, hot and cold, and a pancake maker.

We loved everything about the place.

Very clean hotel, very good breakfast! Everything is new, inside is very beautiful everywhere. You will not regret! Moreover, it seems that the walls between rooms are soundproof. Good and free parking. Microwave, coffeemaker and fridge in the room

Unfortunately the window in the room was not able to open at all...

This is a beautiful hotel and our room was great! We loved the decor and our shower was large with it's own light fixture. The air conditioning was controlled by a wall thermostat. The breakfast area was very nice and plentiful with a waffle maker too

Good selection of breakfast items. It was all I needed. The hotel is located conveniently just off the freeway, making it easy to get around. Yet it was quiet.

A hot tub in the pool area would be nice.
