The bedding was comfy and clean, as was the rest of the room. We were on the 6th floor, and although the hotel was pretty full, it was quiet. There was a fair selection of breakfast items to choose from, and the staff was friendly.

I didn't feel particularly safe in the parking lot at night. We could not park very close, and there were lots of dumpsters, etc. around.

While the room was modest, the free breakfast is excellent. The location is central to all the major highways and makes getting around very easy. Stayed midweek and pricing/value was excellent. Its not the most picturesque location but you cant beat the value for the money, cleanliness, attentive and welcoming staff and ease of getting around. IF you stay here because you came for the beach you will have to drive to the beach, but you save enough over beachfront hotels that you can easily stay longer which is what i did

Parking spaces are a little tight. You do need to drive to everything but your also close to everything worth driving too

Breakfast was great. I asked Char at the front desk about waffle batter and she went to the kitchen and asked the kitchen attendant about refilling it and they did immediately, Thank you Char! Char was amazing from beginning to end plus if I remember correctly she was celebrating her birthday around this time but still made the time to make me feel so welcomed to be a guest at this establishment! Because of Char I will be returning to this comfort inn when I am back in town!! Thank you Char for showing me what true genuine customer service is! This young lady here knows how it needs to be done and if she is not in management she sure needs to be because the level of professionalism that she exemplifies is beyond a paycheck! And Her teeth are beautiful, she has a smile that just makes you want to smile back! Thank you Char! Keep up the great work! You make this hotel and we appreciate your phenomenal service!

We loved the staff! We loved the cleanliness! We loved the breakfast! We loved the price! We loved the showers! We loved the blankets and pillow!

The only reason it got a 9/10 was because of the size of the beds and the parking. It's the only thing I can complain about. The beds was alittle small in size compared to our queen at home. And the parking in the parking lot was horrible and even worse late at night. There's a lot of construction trucks and none of the trucks that was there parked correctly they all parked in two or three spaces. So we would have to park pretty far away from the doors. Parking lot definitely needs a upgrade or rules put in place.

The bed was very comfortable and we liked the coffee machine and fridge in the room

We were disappointed that we were not offered the option of keeping the same towels for our 2 day stay. We are all supposed to be conserving energy to help with global warming, and in England, where we are from, we are asked to save the laundering of towels unless essential during our hotel stays. It is time that this hotel group offered this facility for those who are keen to help save the planet.

Loved the location not being in a super busy area, but still close enough to get to where I needed to go in a timely manner. I loved the huge window and blackout curtain controlled with a remote. Also the bed was amazingly comfortable!

My only complaint is that my room was not vacuumed properly, there was chip debris on the floor. I did not mention it to the staff during my stay though. Minor complaint that wasn’t worth mentioning at the time.

The room was nice and cool when I got in. Everything was clean. I didn't find I think wrong with the beds nicely maid. I checked for bugs and didn't find any.. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels.

. I really didn't like the fact that you had to come in the main entrance at night time. I think Tha can put a card reader on the side entrance to go in would be good.

This stay was Great. I was not sure when booking, but glad we did. We will return.

The parking was a little crowded at night. There were a lot of handicap spaces that were available that people were parking in without a permit because they did not want to park in the back.

This might sound cheesy to say but the Comfort Inn was...comfortable 🤣 we were greeted warmly, our room was clean, the bed had just the right amount of firmness for an awesome sleep. The location was perfect, we were 10 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from downtown. I wish I would have taken some pictures but, I will say, the room looked just like the pictures on the website.

The only con was they had sausage for breakfast and I was hoping for bacon 😁 other than that it was a nice overnight stay just to get away.

We came here for our anniversary in Wilmington. The prices were very reasonable, my boyfriend and I splitting two nights to $180 a night. The rooms were very clean, I took so many baths because the tubs are spotless.

There was no TV guide or list available in the TV so we just had to choose a channel and hope something good was on. The alarm clocks are very bright at night, and only one elevator was working. The location of the hotel was very limited, there was only one way in and out on College Rd. You have to call for the WIFI and go to the front office for extra towels and items. Honestly everything I didn't like were just tiny inconveniences and this hotel is absolutely worth staying in as it's close to everything around.
