Quality Inn & Suites Brooksville I-75/Dade City

How accommodating the whole staff was from night clerk to housekeeping to front desk all great employees. Represented their brand awesomely. Will definitely come see them again!

Plumbing was a lil bad but nothing that south florida doesn't deal with everywhere. But staff was great rooms were above average and overall very worth the price if not better

Friendly employees and house keepers. But they also van be nousy with the cart going bsck and forth before 8am and the younger ones can be loud talking about their weekend or night out. If I had not been so worn out, their noise may have not been a lroblem.

Some what noisy if room faces parking lot especially on weekend nights. .My last stay was disappointing due to roaches crawling around microwave, ridge and related furniture appliances were next too. It was the first time I"d seen that at this hotel. The rooms facing pool seemed better overall but I've only stsyed in that area 2 times. and it was recently And I dislike the card keys. If there was ever a energency Id never get into my room fast enough. Though it may be I am not knowledgable how to aim them.

Was able to continue our stay when we were waiting for our contract went through for our new house

Only one washer and dryer and the washer lid was broken. Not enough light in that area either

the front desk attendant was very welcoming upon arrival. I asked her some questions about about a place we were visiting (snowcat ridge). thanks to her advise, I went to the nearest Walmart to get my daughter a winter coat, it was needed, that place was freezing!

only thing I didn’t like was they didn’t have much of a beverage option at breakfast.

Loved everything about this motel! Wonderful management and staff, friendly housekeepers, excellant breakfast lady, nice rooms beautiful front lobby. Thank you for a great stay.

Everything was excellant and enjoyable, no complaints or regrets.

Mary did quite well in keeping the breakfast area clean and filled and could really see a difference when she had a day off .

You need to add more to the breakfast menu heard a lot about no orange juice,eggs,or sausage.

Friendly cleaning staff.

The cleaning staff was so kind to us but the front desk was different. The front desk charged us a $50 deposit and we added days as we went. One day we checked out and back in and went out. Came back a couple hours later and they demanded another $50 for the deposit or else we couldn’t get back into our room even though I paid for 2 nights. They had my number and they knew to call me if anything changed. Unfortunately they didn’t care enough to let me know so we were stuck out of our room for 4 hours. Also the bathtub would fill quickly. There was some kind of clog that wasn’t ever fixed.

I love the space they have for children no one bothers or gets upset at the children when you know how children are. Will definitely stay again

I loved everything

The facility is very clean, pool, lobby, dinning area. The pool area is spotless. I'll keep using this hotel when I'm in the area!

The breakfast items could upgraded with more hot options. No other issues for me.

Close to highway

Pool area needs more supervision when kids are in it. Throwing rocks. The rooms by the construction should be cheaper.
