I loved when I checked in. Quick and easy. She gave me a corner room that was perfect! Free washer and dryer on my floor. I just came back from a cruise and so glad I did not pay $15 for them to wash my clothes. Shuttle to the airport, no charge.. I even went on ahead and signed up for a Marriott number bc from now on, all things Marriott when traveling. Oh, I had my own soap to shower but they have it installed in the shower.. I tried the hotel’s, I slept so hard bc of the lavender in it!

Satisfying breakfast and excellent location.

It’s not that there is anything I didn’t like. However I thought that two packages of coffee and the cups replaced on every service of the room. Additionally I found it rather disorienting that my reservation was allegedly not located in the system on arrival. Yet I received regular emails notifications reminders of my pending visit. Luckily I had my confirmation close to hand and it was only then my stay was granted. The reason given was that the reservation was in my middle initial and surname. Yet all of the notifications was addressed to my Christian (first) name. I found this to be very disturbing and disconcerting. I have always enjoyed my stays at your property. So I ponder why this uncomfortable experience should have occurred.

I loved the availability of an airport shuttle. I loved the short distance from the airport to the hotel. I had booked a room with double beds and was given one king size bed. Thankfully, the Manager was able to fix the booking error, provided us with snacks and drinks and apologized for the error. The breakfast was a hit for the kids as there were plenty of options.

I wish there was a pool option for the kids. My children always associate a pool with a hotel. The hot tub was a great hit for the adults but not so much for the kids.

When I first booked the room it was for a King Suite; however, when I arrived it was simply a room with a King bed. I spoke to the front desk and she was understanding and apathetic and quickly and effectively found me a King Suite to stay in.

There was no mention of a parking fee (plus parking tax) prior to or during booking.This may not have changed my decision, but it would have been good to know during the booking process.

Breakfast was very much appreciated. All staff were exceptionally nice and professional. We had a problem with the television in our room that was addressed immediately and competently. Every interaction we had with employees was very pleasant and professional.

The in-room air conditioner/heat unit was a bit close to the bed, making it hard to adjust properly for a good night's sleep. We were either too hot or too cold, depending on the setting.

Everything was good. The room could be a bit bigger for the kingsize arrangement, but it was OK. Generally, we liked our stay.

The room could be a bit bigger for the kingsize arrangement. The shuttle bus wait was about 30 minutes. Finally, it arrived according to the regular hotel schedule (every 30 minutes). However, we were told during our initial call to the hotel that the shuttle will be sent to pick us up in 10-15 minutes. It never happened.

Karen at the front desk was amazing!! She took care of our transport to and from the airport and cruise line and our early checkin. She was so helpful and friendly we’d definitely plan another stay!!!

Pool was broken but we used next doors and it work out fine.

It's a Marriott - overall it was acceptable for business travel. The room was nice and clean. Shuttle service to / from the airport was very nice. Staff was responsive.

Breakfast was lukewarm and meh, but with COVID - no major complaints. More flavor / vegetables etc. would be nice. Shuttle service to the beach area would also be nice. Since this Marriott has no spa or extra services, it would be great to have those recommendations in the room for nearby resources.

Room and bed very comfortable, facilities good, breakfast was well prepared and adequate and the location was good, very close to the airport. The staff were very good.

Breakfast choice could have been a little better with more fresh items. Wifi was a little slow. There was nothing else we didn't like - it was a good stay.

You could have had non pork meat selections, bananas, not cold boiled eggs since we were not allowed to heat them up, juices were very very concentrated and sweet so can be diluted a bit. Need hot chocolate for non coffee drinkers
