I lived the staff! They were the most professional hotel staff every!! The breakfast was always amazing. The housekeepers were always on point! I called for towels because I forgot to requested them before my family and I headed out for the day and within mins they were at my door with linen! I loved the pool, the tiki bar, and the fact that Oldtown USA and Funstop were within walking distance as well as Pirates cove. Also every restaurant you could imagine was less that a min or 2 drive to get to! And a crossed the highway is a dollar store, several discounts souvenir store! And an entire market of food trucks! At least 30 of them!! The hotel is quiet even with all of the attractions nearby. Disney parks is 10 min drive. Sea World and Universal Studios is about a 15 min drive! This is the perfect place to be!

The beds are not comfortable at all. BUT you won’t be in the rooms that often because there is just so much to do!

The hotel is very well located, everything is fine, the breakfast is very complete, but the only thing is that I stayed for 11 days and I was already bored, they repeated the same thing a lot! the workers make an effort to fill everything at breakfast time

The room was very spacious. Having a sofa, chairs and plenty of table room makes for a very comfortable stay for the family. The bathroom is very large and well stocked. My whole family loves the daily breakfast. There are plenty of fresh options for even the pickiest of palates. My husband and I very much enjoyed the bar area by the pool. And the whole staff... just amazing. Professional, kind, and very friendly.

The beds are a very, very firm. I'm a side sleeper and my hips were a little achy upon waking. However, my husband is a back sleeper and says the mattress is perfect, so it's a 'me' thing. And the pillows are too soft and flat, so we just bring our own.

At first sight it was very appealing.

It seems maintenance is a problem. One elevator was broken. It took forever for the other one to come. It was dirty and tiles coming up. The building feels old. The toilet heights are too low. The sink fixtures run when in off position. You have to shake the toilet handle to stop it from running. We (6 of us) sat out by the pool which was pleasant but looking at the awnings, roof which needs to be pressure washed, it diminished the pleasantry of the evening.

friendly staff, Donnie the cleaning lady was nice and friendly she did a excellent job! Jerry and Curt were very nice and helpful. Staff in breakfast were also good and friendly.

Maintenance man didn’t want to solve problem with our door, just told us to grab handle and pull up but we had to try it several times before it would open, it got worse as time went on. Washers on three of the floors not working, and we were there for two weeks. Toilet handle nut was gone and loose.

This is our 2nd time staying here while we do our mini getaway vacation. We enjoy it every time, it's always clean and quiet. We love the location which is far away from the main streets and traffic. We will always come back to this hotel as long as the prices are comfortable.

We wish the breakfast had more selections like scrambled eggs, and bacon and regular pancakes. salsa Our suite was facing the swimming pool which there were people in the pool at 2am in the morning which were loud. I was hoping the hotel had a time ending for the night for the swimming pool. Also the pool lights were bright coming into our room windows. But overall, we had a nice time.

The staff was very nice and friendly. We did enjoy the mickey waffles every morning, nice touch. The location was great for what we were there for, was in the middle of every place we wanted to visit from visiting family and all the activities we wanted to do. My daughter and I enjoyed the 24 hour pool access and the bar was nice and the drinks were yummy !!! We ended up being in town the week of hurricane Ian, the hotel was very prepared for the hurricane. Made us feel safe and comfortable.

I would say the only down fall was being right across from the elevators.

The room was great size, breakfast waffles were yummy and for the most part everything was clean. It I hard to keep a lobby and elevator clean with young adults coming and going.

We were only there one night, so we didn't have time to swim and are unsure of the rules. I would like to think that there is a time that the pool is closed, but at 3am there were still very rowdy young people in it. Our window over looked the pool, so we were awoken at 12:50am and again at 3am.

The locations of this hotel was great. Right next to Fun Spot Amusement Park and lots of places to go eat and shop. The swimming pool was large and nice along with the Jacuzzi. The room was nice size and clean and disinfected. Breakfast was good. The staff was super nice. I will definitely stay here again!

The only thing was that the fire alarm went off at 10:30 at night. It’s not the property fault. We think a kid pulled the alarm.

good selection of the breakfast. it’s great that they pre-made the waffles. it saved my time. I don’t like to wait in the line to wait for the waffles machine , then, another wait for cooking. that’s wasting my time. I like to grab the food and go. beds were comfortable. the room were big and clean. staff was nice and helpful. i purchased Lego land tickets at the counter with a great deal. location was good and closed to restaurants and theme parks.

their coffee was a little weak; other than that, nothing to complain.
