Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and roomy. Breakfast was very good with many choices including fresh fruit. Breakfast staff was very nice and they kept the food area full. There was plenty of tables to eat your breakfast.

The water backed up in our bathtub when I took a shower and still had not drained completely when we left in the morning. The gentleman at the front desk noted this to be taken care of.

The beds are very comfortable & clean, and clean smelling.

The lighting in the bathroom leaves a little bit to be desired. I've stayed there numerous times & have noticed that they could use some more brightness, like maybe an extra set of lights so it could be as bright as needed or even not so bright like at night. Also the bathrooms could use an exhaust fan....for moisture-retaining & otherwise.

Good breakfast, more than enough to choose from and get your day started.. nice little indoor pool area and little back patio area to get some air. Nicely stocked "store" for snacks and last minute needs.. Friendly staff.. the housekeepers were such nice girls.. and it was def clean 👌 This isn't a 5 star hotel so you can't expect luxury, so for the price point it was perfect.

The room cards had to be reset after everytime we used them it seemed. They said it could be from putting them near our phones but even when we had them separate, still happened. Drove us crazy.

The elevator broke down and had to take the stairs with a handicapped person. I’ve never understood how they built one elevator to service a three story building. It should have 2 guests elevators and one freight elevator for staff. Dumb architecture and dumber inspection permits to allow this. It was fixed by morning but it is a statement to poor CEO management.

24 hour access to the pool and hot tub was a nice touch as was the complementary full serve breakfast.

The only issue we experienced was having no hot water the morning of checkout which is fine considering the gas station across the street had none either ,so I assume it was an outage that affected the whole neighborhood.

Clean and comfortable.

No hand soap in the room. Maid said their supplies are late. Got large bath soap from desk. Ran out of Kleenex. Maid said they don’t have Kleenex on hand. They kept the common areas far too cold for us. They could save money by raising the thermostat by 5 degrees.

Huge ceilings and space, very clean, great staff, adorable hotel kitty. We had a wonderful stay.

We were VERY disappointed to find out that the pool was closed long term with no notification on the booking site. We found out when we got there and it was too late to find another hotel. The kids were pretty upset but everything else was perfect.

Cindy at the front desk was so friendly and helpful!!! She found things for us to see and do in West Virginia (which I had asked about) and even handed me a printout with directions and information!!! And she was always smiling!!! Breakfast was very good and they kept it well stocked, never ran out of anything! And very clean! Love the lemon water and the dog treats in the lobby! Will definitely return!!!

Clean rooms and a hotel cat which was awesome. Was also close to everything else in town. Also dough boys pizza is the best in that town. Wings etc has great wings. Check out the cozy kitchen in the old part of town on Putnam the breakfast is ridiculous.

The breakfast needs to be prepared with a grill top. Not a steam tray. It will make a much more quality breakfast for the guests

the cleanliness and room size was amazing we had family come visit us and my 3 daughters my husband and my granddaughter plus myself were all in the room very comfy.

the bed in our room was comfy on one side but the other side caused horrible back pain.
