The room was nice and spacious. It was very clean. The breakfast was good which is one of the things I look for when booking a hotel. There were waffles, eggs, sausage and hashbrowns. There was also a good variety of dry cereals. There were some pastries and instant oatmeal, cooked eggs and yogurt. However, there wasn't any fruit offered but there was plenty of other items to choose from,

The hotel is right off the service road on I-35 but it is near a one way off ramp. So on your return to the hotel from the opposite direction, you have to go through a back neighborhood to reach the hotel. It's not really a big deal as your GPS will take you there but it's just a little awkward. It's definitely not a deal breaker.

The breakfast hot hot put out late and so it was cold. I don't know if this ever happens or it might be a fluke. The girl who was doing it apologized and the guy working at the front desk pitched in to help so I was impressed by their teamwork! There was a wonderful selection of food!

I think I covered it all above. Someone should be there 30-45 minutes early to set up breakfast. However I am sure people try to eat as soon as an employee is there so that might not solve the tiny problem.

Staff courteous and helpful. Room was large. Breakfast/lobby area very nice.

The window in our room had a crack from the sill to the ceiling. It had been taped with clear pacing tape. I am 71 and found an open RedBull can on the floor by the air conditioner unit. Also some popcorn and what my daughter said looked like a plastic shot glass with skeleton hand. I'd like to know why the pull out sofa still had a sheet on it? I would NOT sleep on that! And the bathroom light was extremely DIM. The manager did offer to move us but when we came in we were too tired.

The beds were comfortable and there wasn't alot of noise. We stayed on a Thursday night.

The pool was closed for repairs witch we chose to our stay based on the indoor pool. So that was a bummer. The night was good. However, there's no where enough room for families to eat breakfast at the same table there 1 bar high table for a family. This was our weekend family vacation so we didn't get to have breakfast together. We had to go ask the front desk at 8 am for for milk and juice since they were both empty. No one was working the breakfast area.

The closet door couldn’t be opened all the way because the bathroom sink counter was in the way which also limited the amount of light in the closet. The couch should probably be replaced. I thought it was odd that the buffet breakfast did not have any fresh fruit, yogurt or bread & and toaster. The rest of the breakfast spread was ok. NOTE: It’s not the motel’s fault, but there is a lot of road construction nearby so it was a little challenging getting to the motel even though it’s next to the freeway.

Very nice, large rooms, all suites, nice indoor pool. I left something in my room and the hotel contacted me and made arrangements to take the item to family members that were still in the hotel. I was very grateful. Terrific customer service. I canceled reservations at a different location to stay here and the stay was terrific.

No outdoor smoking area, which didnt bother me but other family members were unhappy about it and tho no fault of the hotel, right in the middle of a lot of road construction. Breakfast was a little thin but the hotel was sold out and they were busy

Bed/bedding comfortable and clean. Decent coffee situation. Staff at front desk VERY helpful and nice in general. Location close to Cameraon park and price was right.

Breakfast subpar. Powdered eggs (or whatever they were) were COLD. About 30 children kept me from being able to enjoy a warmed up waffle, so I had cold eggs and potatoes.

I have been booking my reservation at this facility for the last two months and I've never had any problems checking in. But for some odd reason this time I did. The young lady that checked me in must have been new. Because it was a problem with my payment which I've never had then she charged me a extra ten dollars which I've never been told about in any of my previous reservation.

Everything was great. The room and how clean it was. The size and layout was awesome. The staff were great. The price was perfect.

There was a strong marijuana odor up and down our hall which was stinky. I know I use to work in Narcotics before retiring. People with pets were not cleaning up behind their pets which was insane. They need a designated spot and poop bags provided. Other than that it was great. We loved it.

This was a nice place to say at. It's nothing fancy but it exactly what we need.

when we went to check out in the morning the lady at the desk was too busy on the phone with a personal call. I was trying to get my receipt she kept cutting me off so she could hurry up and get me out, she continue talking on the phone. But the thing is she never stop talking. she was on a personal call not a business call. I was absolutely disgusted when I walked out. It was a good stay until your staff was completely unprofessional!
