Extremely friendly staff, the property is very clean and secure, the inside was kept up beautifully, and the rooms were spacious and also clean. The hot breakfast was delicious! And was very appreciative of the hotel being able to accommodate us with a wheelchair accessible room.

The location can be a little confusing to get to when you’re having to take the legendary Waco Circle. Visitors who are not familiar with it could have a harder time getting to the property

Room quite good, as was breakfast. We enjoyed the pool and weight room. It was just a nice place to stay, and it was so very clean!

Well, when we went to check in, first they said we didn’t have a reservation, but we did and they found it. As to paying for the room? We expected the “hotel tax” , BUT when we started to pay in cash they said that we had to pay $75 extra to do that!!! It made no sense whatsoever, plus there was no indication in the online information that this was the case. It did not say this, and while we were prepared with cash to pay the tax we certainly didn’t prepare to pay anEXTRA $75. Frankly, we thought that this practice was illegal and that it was going into someone’s pocket. We have no evidence for this except for the advice of an advocate that we called who also said the reservation information did not indicate any extra charge for it.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location was in close proximity to shopping, sightseeing, and Magnolia Farms (the reason for our stay). Desk and housekeeping staff were kind and respectful. The property was quiet and well maintained.

The bed was uncomfortable (3 out of 5) but I have back and neck issues.

Very clean, comfortable, good breakfast, breakfast staff very friendly and helpful. Check-in staff was very nice. Parking lot was well-lit. Location was convenient for what we wanted to do (Magnolia, etc.).

Only had maid service every 3 days…even such basics as making the bed, emptying trash and removing dirty towels. They would do it if you called and asked for it. The guest services manager who checked us out (Mr. Jardon) was not rude, but not personable).

I liked the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff.

I wish the shampoo provided was a little bigger.

The accommodations were very comfortable, especially the bed. The room was very spacious and clean with great decorations. Breakfast was tasty and filling, saving us paying for an additional meal.

There weren't any real downsides to our stay in the hotel. The location wasn't bad. Even though there was really only one attraction (Magnolia Table) nearby, the convenient shuttle bus took us downtown to the Silos and the Dr. Pepper museum.

Our stay was very pleasant. This is my family's second time staying in the same location, and it still the best location. It's clean, quite, and right across the street from Magnolia Table, Texas Roadhouse, and some of the best BBQ Rudy's. If you are planning on a trip to Waco, I would so recommend this hotel. We will stay here again in the future.

The rooms were extremely clean , workers were very helpful when my key wouldn't work and the pool was very clean.

There wasn't anything about it I did not like. The only thing I would have to say is probably more decor in the rooms to make it pop.

This was my first time staying at Comfort Suites, and I really enjoyed my stay there. They had good Breakfast, the bed was comfortable and the room was a great size. Love the fact it had a couch, fridge, and microwave.

There was no parking available when we arrived, I had to squeeze in a tight spot- that was only inconvenience.

The rooms are spacious, and, the breakfast was good.

The bathroom needed to be cleaned better. It had the orange water spots around the top of the tub, which scrubs off easily. The entire tub needs more elbow grease.
