The room and the hotel met our expectations with good beach view, spacious room and balcony. The location of the hotel is great with only 12 to 15 minutes ride to airport. Centrally air-conditioned rooms, good wifi connectivity, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is optional but I recommend to have which is good value for money, tasty and filling. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. There is a locker also available in the room. Bar is available 24/7 within the hotel. A few restaurants and pizzerias available near-by. The place is lively and you can see people strolling along the beach till late in the night. But it is not disturbing. The beach area just opposite the hotel is not crowded and lot of space available. The hotel can lend you beach umbrellas for free. Local vendors stroll around the beach to sell roasted corn, cocktails on portable bar, beach toys etc.

Many good restaurants are a bit far but you can reach them by public transport in 5 to 10 minutes. The best beaches with restaurants are 2 km away. If you want to relax at the beach in front of the hotel for whole day, it would be better to carry food since there are no eateries on the beach side. Though local vendors stroll around the beach to sell roasted corn, cocktails on portable bar, beach toys etc.

The position by the beach and the port is amazing. I booked a room with a balcony and sea view and it was just so relaxing and enjoyable. The personnel helped us with whatever we asked eg quiet room, towels for the beach, takeaway cappuccino etc. Very professional and helpful. The bed was very comfortable with the choice of two different pillow thicknesses!! The room was clean and a good size.

The structure is a bit dated eg hinges of the fridge door and wardrobe no longer aligned. Another thing to mention is that Ostia seems to be littered with dog fouling so you need to carefully watch where you walk as soon as you step out of the hotel. This should obviously be the responsibility of Ostia's council not the hotel

Breakfast was good, had variety. The hotel is right on the beach which was what I wanted. The room was cute, clean, nice bathroom, although there was only half a shower door which I tough was odd. Room staff was great. This area was not congested with tourists. They provided a free shuttle for a group of us heading to the airport.

I wish I’d been given a room facing the water. I didn’t think to request it. I went out to the beach every day and never saw any guests on the beach front balconies, leading me to think they were vacant. Also, one morning I took an early walk and returned at 6:30am to find the entrance door still locked.

Good location on the waterfront, though a bit far from everything (€35 for transfer from Fiumicino) but good for a relaxing break. Nice view of the sea from my room. Room was spacious and seemed recently renovated. Bath tub. Tourist port across the road with eating options. Stop for local bus nearby to get bus to the Lido Station for trains to Ostia Antica and Rome.

The second night there was no hot water. Had to have a lukewarm shower when I was really looking forward to a hot bath or shower after spending hours at Ostia Antica. Sliding door to the balcony doesn’t lock. The staff said they’d get it repaired but the lock is very corroded so it’s obviously been like that for a while.

location and found free parking in front not far from many restaurants great view from balcony ample breakfast. Uber runs into Rome and expect to pay in the $60. to $80 one way depending on demand.

water continued to run in toilet even after house keeping cleaned room no laundry services available on site and no good referrals. but found on my own 1.5 miles away. very nice place. I added how to get there below in pictures. shower tub/ kinda funky limited hot water No handrails but do have alarm string when do fall.

We had a sea view room and it was beautiful. There is a beach right across the street. Not much traffic, it is also right next to the boardwalk and many amazing restaurants.

The only negative is also a positive due to affordability? I don't know the history of the hotel but it seems to be on the edge of needing a remodel. That actually places it in the "sweet-spot" of being a great hotel in an amazing location that I can afford!! - everything was comfortable and working. It is a fine hotel!

It’s convenient, seafront location. Nice beach across the street and a strip of shops/restaurants along the marina were a couple minute walk away. The hotel also offered a nice buffet breakfast. Rooms were comfortable with nice big balconies with table and chairs. It’s a very convenient location to Fiumicino Airport, €50 cab ride for a 6 passenger van to the airport, likely cheaper for a smaller vehicle.

There was only 1 tiny elevator that only fit a maximum of 2 people at a time, the main elevator was out of service and not likely to be repaired since they decorated in front of the doors with large potted floor plants. My light over the wardrobe crackled and sizzled when turned on and then it smelled like fire, that was reported to maintenance so hopefully fixed now. The area directly around the hotel itself was ok but coming into the Ostia area was a bit rough.

I liked the view and the stuff. Everybody were polite and helped me, answer my questions about how to get to airport and where to buy bus tickets. I was in Italy first time and I don't speek italian so I had to ask a lot of questions and I got the answeres.

I like the hotel but not the beach. It's good for children, the sea is not deep, but for me it was a problem as I wanted to sweem but you can't reach the deep sea because of the rocks, it's everywhere.

Excellent location, helpful and friendly staff with a great breakfast. The room is well appointed and very comfortable, with a balcony that has an excellent view. You can step out of the hotel directly onto the beach or a promenade with great shops and other attractions. If you need an airport hotel for a quick stay too it is highly recommended.

We were very pleasantly surprised to find this lovely hotel right on the beach - and VERY near the Rome airport. This was our last night of a month long Italian vacation - very nice to be near the water. Good restaurants within walking distance, clean room, good breakfast. Would recommend!
