They also know how to make customers feel at home and create a long-lasting relationship by exceeding their expectations and making them feel especial. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near BTS. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again And The staff was also kind and helpful with anything, with perfect English, so there were no miscommunication issues." Fantastic aparthotel in Ekamai, with really superb facilities. I loved the swimming pool and gym, and the apartment was incredibly well provisioned. Everyday I was provided with washing tablets for the washer, bottles of water and housekeeping. The housekeeping were fantastic and a big shout out to them for keeping my apartment clean for the week that I stayed there. The location is excellent, it's a 10 minute walk to the BTS, or there is a shuttle provided by Somerset (I didn't use it). The area is really peaceful and its sometimes hard to believe you're in a major city.

Everything was perfect.

Super clean, everyone is constantly looking to help you or be of service in some way. Great beds. Wonderful bathroom. Having a washer-dryer was perfect. Lovely pool and very tidy gym.

The 1-br suite was cozy and spotless, but the walls were extremely thin and the “damp” smell never dissipated - probably to do with the older AC. Bearable though as everything else was great. The balcony was really nice, but be aware that there is a school right behind the building that’s very music-oriented. 😉

The receptionist was friendly, gave me the key, and the very friendly bellboy led me to my room, opened the door and explained several things. My room was very comfortable with an adjoining common area with coffee machine, fridge, chairs and tables, which I loved. There's transport to the BTS (metro) station if you don't want to walk, but it's a nice walk too.

Because I was in a different Tower from check-in, I really never saw the hosts except to check in and check out. It was initially difficult to find the pool. Because there were so many towers, I rarely saw anyone.

We loved the fact that the staff was very friendly and attentive. They did everything to make the stay comfortable for me and my daughter. The shuttle tuktuk was also a great help when I have to go to places with my 3-year-old daughter. The room was quite large and well air conditioned. The laundry was very convenient too. Unfortunately, I forgot my ring in the bathroom when checking out. I contacted them, and they were able to find my ring and send it to me in Japan within a week! I was greatly impressed by their reliable performance. We will definitely come back for another stay!

The shower could have been more powerful. The water pressure was quite weak.

Staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. We even got a surprise for my son’s birthday. Location was good, many eateries with different price range were available. Close to Gateway Ekamai. Best washer and dryer, I could wash and dry my clothes at night and everything was ready in the morning.

Two things. First, Fridge was too cold that caused the eggs we got from 7-11 to turn into jelly. Second, water heate took some time to warm up, and sometimes water just turned room temperature. I’d just deduct 0.5 point out of 10 for these two points.

The hotel is located at a reasonable walking distance to the nearest train station, Ekkamai Station. My room was very spacious, and it had a gorgeous view of Bangkok's Ekkamai skyline. My stay was very comfortable and the amenities were top-notch in terms of quality. For instance, this was one of the few hotels to offer Colgate toothpaste as part of its in-house dental hygiene kit. I also appreciate the accessible coffee makers in the common hall.

The hotel staff at Building C who assisted me during check out and drove the tuktuk service from the hotel to Ekkamai Station were warm very helpful, and accommodating. I hope those im the main building's front desk were just as friendly.

The complimentary bus shuttle service and the tuk tuk to the BTS skyrail was a huge plus. Staff were very friendly and always welcoming. Very conscience about the environment with policy to change linen and towels when requested. The pool is great and the playground was handy for our little ones. The massage service is convenient and well priced.

The apartment was lacking in bowls and plates. Perhaps previous guests have broken them, but were never replaced. Location is far from the big malls and central Bangkok, but the free tuk tuk to and from the BTS helps a lot!!!

Located in Ekkamai, inside the quiet street, but still very close walk to the metro station. Everything was great, apartment has everything you need, cleaning was perfect. Nice pool, unfortunately it was too cold to swim. Tuk tuk service for free to bring you around. I would like to say special thank you to tuk tuk drivers and bell boys for treating my daughter like a queen, always helping us, being very friendly, giving her some biscuits. Every morning she was looking forward for tuk tuk ride :D Also special thanks to India, who is working at the front desk, she has great English comparing to her colleagues, really helpful.

The only complication is the communication with the reception, but again nothing new in Bangkok.
