The second floor apartment that we booked for 3 adults was large. Basic kitchen facilities provided. Fridge does not have a freezer inside. One bedroom has a full sized work table and an ergonomic chair. Extremely fast wifi. Parking on the grounds of the building. Comfortable bed. There are external swing shutters for the terrace doors and windows. French TV channels only. The host met us onsite to hand over the key. In my case the Booking.com messages advising arrival times were not noticed by the host so a text message was needed.

There are two full-size working places, work and leisure can be comfortably combined - WiFi is also available. Location: quiet street, close to the city center, free parking near the house, well-equipped appartment. All in all, we had an excellent stay! We wanted to stay 2 more days and our request was accepted. Thank you!

Very minor things that could still improve the experience: - in the shower there is no shelf to put the soap/shampoo - things have to be put on the floor. - we didn't have enough paper towels - the one we had probably remained from the previous customers.

1. Great location, about 15 min walking from the central station. 2. Nice staff, she greeted us warmly, efficiently handled our check-in and introduced everything in the room.

The WIFI and coffee machine are not working

Reasonably priced accommodation with private parking in the very popular town of Annecy. Fully equipped so you could cook or eat in if desired.

The property isn’t staffed full-time so it’s necessary to call to check in or make arrangements ahead of time. It’s a bit of a walk into the old part of town (about 20-25 minutes) so just something to be aware of.

The property was spacious, cosy and great to stay in. Maybe a 20 minute walk to the town and main restaurant/shop area.

When we arrived we had to wait for staff to arrive at the property to let us in. they did message us asking for 30 minute warning, however due to driving we did not see this. I would recommend getting a key safe as it would make it easier for people who are travelling or may not have internet?

Very comfortable apartment, spacious areas. Comfy beds and it has everything you would need to stay there very comfortably. Private parking at the property

Too hot, needs more fans on each room or an air conditioner

it was good value for money, comfortable. there was a coffee maker to make your day start well, but without coffee filters.

there could be more kitchenware. we had only two cups for a group of four. it should be well equipped for as many people as many can sleep there.

the apartment was clean and tidy and everything functioned. the bathroom was clean. Free parking was good. Rim let us in to the apartment early so we could get to Annecy quicker.

The apartment was a good 20 minute walk to town, and you had to go through or around the train station, which was a bit grungy at night.

Very spacious, comfortable, and airy. But warm and cozy very well equipped. Easy to find with good parking.

Having a microwave would have been helpful. There was no way to plug in the bedside lamp.
