Room was a bit small but having twin beds made that more noticeable. Bathroom and shower good. We were right by the lift on the top floor but hardly heard any noise despite hotel being pretty full. Breakfast very good too. Slightly out of town centre but we really enjoyed the walk along the river, about 15 mins to lake. So all round would stay again.

Decor a bit tired and balcony tatty and poorly furnished.

Had a stunning view of the mountains from my balcony and breakfast was good. The location is also ideal because it is a 10 minute walk to Old Town Annecy. It also took me 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to Annecy Central bus station where I caught a Flixbus back to Geneva Switzerland.

There was a constant humming noise from the air vents. It was difficult to sleep with the noise

Receptionist very friendly on arrival and helpful. Breakfast very good and lots of choice. Near to bus station.

Pillows in room were too soft, bed was ok though. We did not realise there was a button for the blinds until the 2nd night so slept with them open on 1st night. Also would've been nice to have a bar as there was no atmosphere. The walk from the hotel to the centre was a bit too far only about 15 mins but doing this twice every day became tedious. Returning to the hotel late at night felt uncomfortable due lack of lighting, ong the river as there were not enough lights and they seemed dimmed. Maybe busier in peak season but we found the path quite lonely and foreboding.

The room was fairly large, clean.and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was substantial and you can make hot drinks at any time in the breakfast area. The hotel is a leisurely 10 min walk from the train and bus stations. You can walk along the river into town.

There was no kettle in the room so you had to go downstairs to make a hot drink. On the first night there was a light over the air conditioning unit which lit up the room. Oddly this seemed to go off on its own.

Breakfast was good, varied and very healthy. Wifi was excellent everywhere. it was nice having coffee or tea available all day long. The staff was very helpful, answering questions, recommending restaurants, calling a Taxi, and very available. My room on the seventh and top floor was too warm and a comforter on the bed was also too warm since the AC had a hard time cooling during the heat wave. The hotel location was within an easy walk anywhere you want to go. pharmacy nearby and a boulangerie for snacks.

The bathtub seemed a little slippery so they should install a handle above the tub.

Great hotel, meets all expectations, good location - about 10 minutes walk from Annecy city center and very close to shopping areas. The hotel staff are very nice and welcoming. Rich and varied breakfast (some vegetables could have been served), fresh products and the staff constantly makes sure that everything is full and in order. warmly recommended!!

Really helpful and friendly lady on reception. Very good location, near the centre. Comfy bed. The breakfast was FABULOUS. Late checkout was very handy.

The car park was a bit of a nightmare. I know it’s small but how about painting it white and putting some lights up. I suppose we were grateful there was one though.

This Ibis hotel really suprised us! It was clean, fresh and overal that you want from an hotel when passing by on vacation.

The information that you need to book your parking in advance was not clerar to us. But there is quit a lot of parking places nerby so that was not a problem

Excellent breakfast. Room adequate for a short stay if a little bare. Decent position to reach the old town on foot, approximately 15 minutes walk. Relatively easy parking in front of the Hotel (free) if not, secured, reachable on foot in 5 minutes and reimbursed by hotel.

Bathroom lacked space for toiletries.

lovely hotel with great facilities. 24hr access to tea and coffee. bath in room as well as shower. friendly and helpful staff. quiet location. great breakfast.

despite access to tea and coffee in the foyer. I do like to have a kettle in the room. aircon didn’t seem to be adjustable it’s a 10mib walk to the station and to the old town, but it is in a quieter location
