The location is perfect, close to train station, old town and the lake. The room was clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable. The room was quiet during the night. The AC was helpful trying to cool the room down as it was exceptionally hot when we visited(34degrees). The breakfast includes breads, cheeses,ham, cereals, croissants and coffee/juice and cold boiled eggs kept in the fridge.

The breakfast does not include any hot food or vegetables which might be ok for others. Just a suggestion: couldn’t you make the eggs hot? Space is a bit limited in the room, bathroom, shower and elevator but that didn’t really bother us.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly hospitable. We we welcomed very warmly. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. We arrived at the train station and it was a short walk to the hotel. From there, we could very easily walk to the lake, the old town, and through the shopping streets. The room was small and basic (what we expect from a 2* hotel), but clean and comfortable.

- The staff here were some of the warmest and most welcoming people we met in France (and contrary to some stereotypes, most of the people we encountered were this way). They also provided a map and highlighted points of interests around town - The area is very walkable and just a stone's throw from the lake, the main sites and tons of restaurants, cafes, pubs and stores - The room was extremely comfortable: spacious, super clean, quiet, blackout blinds, and it had an amazing shower and some of the best pillows I've slept on (I meant to check the brand before leaving!)

- Not much comes to mind other than I felt a little bad for all our comings and goings since someone at reception hangs on to your room key whenever you leave the hotel

The location is fantastic. It's very near the railway station and the old town. The staff was very friendly. They provided me a lot of information for restaurant and sightseeing. Fantastic.

All good. If I have to say something, although it met my needs, the lift and the bathroom are relatively small. An email address is needed for each device to register wifi. The bed was not so comfy that lying in bed, I could be aware of where the previous guests used to sleep.

The location is perfect, right in the center of Annecy, close to the central station. The staff was very warm, helpful and welcoming. They were always happy to give information about the city and its attractions. Breakfast was great and included French cheese, croissants, bread, fresh fruits, yogurts and more. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, although the signal strength is quite poor

The room is quite small, especially the restrooms. It was quite hot during our visit, and the air conditioning had a hard time cooling the room.

Great location, easy to find and accessible to the train station, old town and the lake. Room was small but had everything we needed for a city break. Bed was comfortable and room had a balcony with courtyard view. The electric shutter on the outside added extra security and also blacked out the room. Staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgable, speaking a variety of languages.

I think the room would benefit from a smart TV or at least being able to change the language/subtitles but this is just an extra, not necessary and we barely used the TV anyway.

Location is very central and that is prominent contributor to both stay here and the price. 2 star clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. I was given a token ticket for heavily reduced parking prices at a parking that I mistakenly went into rather then the one given by the hotel. Parking price under €7 a day.

Like other 2 star hotels in city centers are very convenient but small rooms. Showers are even smaller. All clean though.

it was only a 5 minute walk from the train/bus station and 5 minute walk to get to the old town where all the attractions are! very handy location. there was also always someone at the reception and on arrival, the staff gave us a map of annecy and recommended places to visit and restaurants to eat at! the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable and they provided me with a kettle upon request. our room had a tv and a desk and a little closet to hang up our clothes. the room was slightly small but it didn’t bother us at all!

Great family room, location very central to the town and sight seeing, shopping, bars and restaurants. The host Jeff was so helpful, indulging us with practicing our French, spoke nice and slowly, (although he did speak perfect english as well), so friendly, helped us with parking and recommendations for dinner - perfect. The room was very comfortable and cute, and the breakfast was reasonable and yummy in a lovely breakfast room. Can't fault it. The room even had a bath!

There was no kettle or tera making facilities in the room, but this didn't matter as everything was so close.

Staff was super friendly. My fiancé has bad allergies, but had no problem staying here at all. They cleaned well every day. The view from the room was nice. Great location. There was even a tiny elevator, so no need to drag the suitcases up the stairs.

The walls are pretty thin, so you hear your neighbors very well. The shower ran out of hot water.
