Stayed for one night en-route to our skiing holiday in the French Alps. What a fabulous hotel this is. We normally stay in Beaune but decided to try Annecy instead and so pleased we did. Incredibly helpful owners/staff, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The decor is super, fabulous attention to detail and very high quality. Great location to the beautiful old town approx 5-10min walk and 15-20 min walk to the scenic lake. Great location all round, underground parking very nearby, also close to public transport if required. Breakfast is a must, delicious & great quality ingredients too. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be booking a return stay next year. Thank you so much

The staff were so friendly, the hotel is beautiful and location perfect. I look forward to returning again. We used Hebe's electric bicycles to reach Lake Annecy in 5 minutes. Breakfast was delicious. Wifi is speedy. Parking is 1 minute away and even subsidised. Hebe really is the perfect boutique hotel. When you don't need a spa or conference facilities. Just a warm welcome, stylish interior design, a comfy bed and everything on your doorstep... Oh and it is all at a very reasonable price!

We enjoyed room service 24/7 ordering meals every evening as well as breakfast in the morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. The design is modern and inviting. We had a stroller and we could keep it in a safe place just outside the entry.

the hotel is in the city center and the parking may be an issue. they offer payments for the public parking 100m away, but the entry is limited to 1,9m and our van didn't fit. There are no easy parking solutions during the day either.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Everyone was happy to meet our needs and requests. The receptionists are knowledgeable of Annecy and the surrounding areas and gave great tips and recommendations. We needed help with the parking on the morning of our flight!!! No one spoke English on the hot line. We couldn’t get our car out and a gentleman from the hotel was nice enough to willingly offer help. He walked with us to the parking lot, contacted the parking call center ant got us out in no time. The hotel itself is cozy and elegant in a quiet area, just an easy walk from the lively old town. l would definitely come back if I ever come to Annecy again.

One of our rooms was on the fourth floor and the air conditioning was not working so well.

The staff was so attentive, kind and was accommodating with my need to communicate in English. They were able to also accommodate my request to extend my stay. Hotel grounds and interior very clean, breakfast was incredible and they catered to personal requests with such a warmth.

I was expecting to be closer to the city center and canal. However it was a 4 block, easy, pleasant walk. Next time I would request a room with a view as the city has so much charm!

The staff in this hotel are fantastic- the room is very modern inside and the one I stayed in had a nice balcony which was great - parking is a public place nearby n hotel validates, however if you stay more than one night their validation ticket seems to cover one night at a time so I had to pay for the second night out of my pocket! The location is a short walk from the center - the breakfast was ok and it is for a fee-

I was so impressed with everything about this hotel. It was close to the train station while still be close to the park and the old town. The hotel people were amazing. They helped us plan our day, made us dinner reservations, and put us in a wonderful room. We rented fantastic ebikes right from the hotel that can with two drinks and a granola bar for our journey around the lake. The bikes were so nice and came with locks, helmets. The bed was big and so comfy. Best bed we have had all trip. Modern, beautiful bathroom with big shower. This was a fantastic hotel stay. Everything about it was perfect!

absolutely nothing

The staff at the Hebe were exceptional. Nothing was a problem and everyone was really helpful. You can hire e-bikes from the hotel which was very convenient (and a cycle around the lake is a fabulous way to spend a day).

The location is close to the train station and probably not our preferred area, but very convenient for anyone travelling to Annecy by train.

Breakfast .Perfect for our individual needs. Contemporary design makes a pleasant change from older properties. Location and parking were excellent. The staff could have not been more helpful- booking restaurants and providing advice.

These are a very small things! The large TV placement meant one person had to go across the bed to get into the bed.A smaller TV would have been fine! The safe is on floor level. Means you have to get on hands and knees to access/set codes etc. Stress these things would not stop us from recommending Hebe or staying again. We were delighted with our stay!

It was new and clean. Everything was nice… bedsheets were thick and comfortable, nice scent in the room and although room was small, it felt cozy. Location was near everything like rail station, lake and old town

It was too small as we had one large luggage and 2 small luggages. Had difficulty moving around
