The breakfast was excellent. We also really appreciated being able to make a tea or coffee and have a snack at the table they set up in the afternoon/evening. A good bar downstairs plus seating outside (this was mainly for smokers but we enjoyed sitting there as usually quiet). A very good location as near the station but handy to the town as well.

Although we booked several months earlier and chose fully refundable accommodation, we were charged a one night deposit straight away. When I enquired, I was told several times that this was because it was high season and we wouldn’t get our money back if we canceled. While I understand it is the busy time of year, I believe the hotel was wrong to do so as it was in breach of the terms of our booking. It should have been made clear before we submitted our booking that a non-refundable deposit was required.

This is a totally renovated hotel that looks stunning. The staff are all wonderful people that will take care of you during your stay. It's in a great location with easy access to the lake and old town, but far away enough where you will not be bothered by the noise of those locations. There is a bar in the lobby to get wine, beer and/or mixed drinks and the prices are quite acceptable for a hotel bar.

There is no refrigerator in the room, but they will store your items in their fridge downstairs. If you need parking, see if you can get a spot outside near the main entrance. The parking garage stalls can be a bit tight to fit your vehicle.

Location off road with the practicality of an underground parking at an additional price of 12euros. Quiet yet in walking distance to everywhere including the train station. The rooms are decortated with taste and the beds and linen are very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and friendly! The breakfast room has also been renovated in a trendy, and fashionable way with comfortable seating and a variety of good breakfast choices.

That we could only stay 1 night...it was a weekend trip :-)

Very conveniently located at walking distance from the old town. Excellent rooms and bathrooms. Nice carpeting in the corridors. Very polite staff.

In the bathroom: a) Hot water not always available - there was some issue, therefore the water was often luke warm b) There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes Tea/Coffee were available on the staircase landing from 1pm - 9pm but not in the room. The beverages were usually not hot.

well what a little find this hotel was….we arrived much later than planned but arrived to smiles and welcomes from the gentleman on reception…first impressions were how stunning the hotel was, fresh, clean, welcoming, stylish I could go on! rooms were on point too….very modern and quirky just how I like it! we were lucky enough to be able to park right outside the hotel, an added bonus. breakfast room was great too…clean, stylish and a great breakfast! good choices and also a gluten free bread option for myself and my husband! would definitely stay again! I felt it was way more than a 3 star!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent location, in the centre, close to train station. Only a short walk to get to the lake,too. Room was clean and comfy and (most of the time) quiet . In the afternoon there were croissants,tea, coffee available for guests which was very nice. We would go back!

Unfortunately on Saturday night the nearby park became very noisy with drunk/loud people so we hardly got any sleep.. but other than this everything was ok!

Very convenient location, just walking distance to the main attractions in Old Town Annecy and restaurant. The parking is a bit tricky to get to, make sure to have the clerk show you the little video or pictures showing how to get there. Our clerk didn't show us, and later we saw the pictures on her desk. After that, things are just fine. You pay extra for parking. Once you parked, you walk right out straight to the hotel. The room is rather small, but that's the way it is in touristy towns. Honestly, we found Annecy not very interesting. If we had known, we'd have skipped Annecy or just visit and leave and not staying overnight. Well, just our opinion.

No frills at all. Complimentary water would be nice. No safe, no fridge, no tea and coffee making in room. Tea etc was available on first floor in the afternoon. If you need parking make sure you book, only 4 places available but are very secure.

Excellent location, quiet but still in the new part of the town. A ten minute wlak to the old town. Private Garage parking for our Motorcyle, so important to us. Close to the railway station. A delightful Market is in the old town on fridays.

Annecy seems to be very pricey as a location. The local traffic is horrendous and mostly gridlocked. It took 40 minutes to travel the final 5km into the town.

The location is excellent. Close to bus and rail links, but only 5 minutes walk to the old town of Annecy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good (non-tourist) restaurants nearby: Bloomer and Ingalls. Good breakfasts. Very comfortable beds (important for us old people).
