The room was clean and the street is quite quiet. Breakfast (not included) was good and I’m sure it would be delightful to eat in the garden when it’s warmer. Shower is the typical European design where there isn’t a complete barrier, but not much water escaped. The hotel is an easy walk from the old city centre. The staff are very pleasant.

The front desk closes at 9 so you have to check in before that. Their free parking area is fairly small so there may not be a space if you arrive late. However, both times that happened a staff member at the desk moved their own car so we could get in.

This was a nice 3-star hotel. The bathrooms are modern. The rooms are clean and functional. Not huge but not small either. The breakfast had a good variety. It cost extra (12 euros per person), at least for us. Having a parking space was critical. That, plus it's proximity to the old town (15 minute walk) were why we chose this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Located on a quiet back-street not far from the station, our room was clean and comfortable though somewhat on the warm side (there was a fan in the room, but no air-con). The breakfast buffet selection wasn't huge, but the food was of good quality and very tasty. The hotel's cat is gorgeous :)

Parking was in a secure barrier-controlled lot on site (accessible from Av. de Bouvard), but on gravel rather than hard standing which is not ideal for large motorcycles. Madame did offer to let us park on some hard standing behind gates on the other (front) side of the hotel but by then we'd secured the bikes for the night, so check first if you're arriving on two wheels.

We had a larger than usual room, though an odd shape. The main window had an electric shutter and keeping this closed at night ensure blackout in the morning Air conditioning was present and reasonably quiet, so the room remained cool and ventilated. Although not in the town centre, the hotel was close enough for an easy 10-minute walk and had the advantage of being quieter. It was near the train station so there was some noise from trains in the night.

Provision of tea & coffee in the room could have been better. Could have been a greater selection of fruit and cereals and even some hot food for the €12 being charged. Many thanks for the gluten free bread.

Staff was very nice and helpful with checking in and out. The location is out of the center but pretty easy to walk to the center (less than 10 min). I liked that parking felt tucked away so we didn't need to worry about it.

There was an odd smell to the room. We assumed it was the cleaning solution but it was a bit strong. Also as noted by others, there is no air conditioning. Luckily for us it wasn't too warm at night but can imagine it being unpleasant in the heat of summer. Though I will note that it looked like many hotels in Annecy don't have central air.

The hotel is very quiet, in a private area. Despite this, you can easily reach the city center in 10 minutes. Nearby there is a shopping center and a central station from which it is possible to get to Switzerland by bus. The hotel has friendly staff who can recommend good restaurants in town. Parking is free and located behind the hotel. After registration, you will be given a code to access there.

Not the best soundproofing in the room

A nice quiet hotel in the back streets of Annecy, breakfast was great, make sure you sign up for it. Although the staff at the front desk leave at 9pm they will give you code to open the front door. It is an easy walk to the train station from the hotel and walking to the town centre is an easy walk as well. There is a shopping centre nearby that has a supermarket.

Nothing bad to report during our stay.

The location is convenient for walking into the historic city centre and to the lake. The car park is directly at the back of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was really good. The room was comfortable with a large comfortable bed.

Ideal location with easy access to Annecy rail station and within walking distance of its old centre and lake. Free parking…..very important! Spacious bedroom with bathroom and separate wc very cleanly presented. Good value and extensive breakfast buffet. Overall good value and we have no hesitation in recommending it. We shall return in the future!

Lovely location with garden . Not to far from centre or old town or the lake. Rooms clean and well equipped. Fan provided which was excellent for the high temperatures while we were there. Lovely breakfast and lovely staff. Nice bar area in early evening
