All the staff were exceptionally welcoming and efficient - the room was comfortable (particularly the bed!) and well equipped (hairdryer/aircon etc) for the price point. This is not a luxury hotel, but it doesn't claim to be and if you are looking for a very clean, purpose built hotel with secure off road parking ,charming staff and a restaurant with food that exceeded our expectations & dogs made just as welcome as the humans- then this is a great choice.

Smell of smoke in room when window open- but seemed some fires burning in the fields in the distance ? (clearly beyond hotel control) obviously simple answer 'shut the window' 'Handy for Libourne' (one guest said "walkable" mmmm- not sure incredibly busy road!- but certainly convenient in car)

The location is great and the staff (both evening and morning at the reception, the restaurant and the cleaning staff) were fantastic. The room is small (we had a double bed for 2 parents and a toddler and it was tight). The menu of the restaurant is quite small (3 starters, 3 main dishes and 3 desserts) but it was quite tasty.

The size of the room is really small - I am not sure if there are different sizes but the one we had was really not that big.

Our Room No 8 and then No 4 were both very comfortable and spotlessly cleaned every day. The Staff including Laura, Natalie, Pierre were all so helpful especially as we had a Jaguar car which had a problem which meant we had to stay not 2 days but 6 although 1 night we had to go to another hotel as the Kyriad was full but Pierre made us a booking nearby. The garden and swimming pool were both ideal as was the restaurant and excellent food for dinner and breakfast. We cannot thank all the lovely staff there for their help for us being stranded with a broken car. We will return another day definitely !

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Lovely location very close drive to Saint Emilion. Really liked the pool it was hot and it was lovely to have that option. Hotel was very clean and had kettle in the room. Was very dog friendly we could have a dog with us during the meals. Food was beautiful especially evening meals. Staff was really friendly.

Easy to book and to access, easy to find, private surveyed parking, nice staff, comfort, big bed, functional room setup.

There is no toothbrush & toothpaste, instead they provide a "women kit" for 8€. It is still good value for money, but the fact that there is no free alternative downscores it a bit.

Quiet location a little out of town overlooking some fields. There is a pool which is good if you're staying a little longer. Staff were very friendly and helpful and there is free parking. You can walk into town in 10-15 minutes. The room was very clean. Good value for money.

Everything was great, but I had to be extra careful in the shower, as the surface was so very slippery when it was wet. All I needed to do was to put a hand towel down to make it OK. That was my only problem, as everything else was fine.

Breakfast for me was good, I'm not into full english, but my husband is .. so perhaps he was a little disappointed. Plenty of fruit, cereal, nuts, seeds as well as usual continental, and some hot sausagex and rostis.

A value for money hotel. Clean and tidy room. Bed was really comfortable. Air conditioning helped particularly with the hot temperatures. Good breakfast with lots of choice.
