A good place. Staff were outstanding. I suspect they might wish for a few more hands when things get busy, but everyone had a 'can-do' attitude, which was appreciated and all were extremely helpful; organising taxis, restaurants, visits and offering advice. It has the air of a place that has recently opened and finding its feet, but I expect it will continue to get better.

Not a question of not liking, but the only thing to be aware of is that if you do not have a car you will need to take taxis and they are busy; very friendly but busy so you may have to wait a bit. That makes sense given location and just something to be aware of.

Lovely peaceful hotel. We had a lovely room with a terrace. Very nice pool and garden where you can relax. Only ten minute drive to St Emilion which is beautiful but busy so it’s nice to go back to the quiet village of Montagne. Staff very nice and friendly. There are two hotel restaurants- one is Michelin- and a very nice other restaurant 3 mins walk away.

It was very comfortable and peaceful with a calm ambience. The bedroom was lovely and well-equipped. It was a beautiful setting and the hotel was tasteful. The breakfast and lunch were also very good, and the staff were extremely friendly.

The toilet (room 25) was too high off the ground and would only be comfortable for tall people with very long legs!! I am above average height at 170 cm and found it too high!

Their main restaurants closes on Sunday and Monday. Your option is to go for room service or to try to find a place in Saint Emilion. Which is not easy.

Perfect location in Montagne just a few km from St. Émilion. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Very peaceful and relaxed ambiance, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Special mention to hotel manager Christophe who was especially hospitable and friendly. We would highly recommend the Michelin restaurant ‘La Réserve du Presbytère’ in the hotel.

On a scale of 1 to 10, this was a 12! We absolutely loved it - it was a beautiful hotel with lots of exquisite details that really made it special. The room was incredibly comfortable, the dinner was fantastic, and the staff was unbelievably friendly - I would not hesitate to go back, and cannot recommend this place strongly enough - it was great!!

I would really like to find something to comment to help them improve but I can't - it was fantastic!

The location was great. New hotel with a nice garden and a view of the vineyards. The staff is very kind and helpful. Lunch was amazing, almost the best that we had during the whole week. Clearly, the place we would like to return to.

Staff were excellent, room was in very good condition and reflected what was booked.

The only reason that I marked this hotel down was a very minor one in that the price was for premium accommodation (which it was) however to have instant coffee sachets in the room instead of a coffee pod machine was a bit motel like. Easy one to rectify but important detail when everything else is to a very high standard.
