A wonderful apartment in a perfect location in a quiet side street in the middle of Saint Emilion. The property is exactly as described. It has the benefit of a lounge/kitchen and a decent size fridge. Spotless upon arrival. We were greeted by the owner Florence who was delightful and so helpful. Little extras were left which are always nice - coffee/tea/mini cakes/water/toiletries. Great large and comfortable bed. Very good air conditioning. Florence’s husband Bruno has a wine shop nearby and arranges wine tasting.

Nothing. We were really happy and would definitely return ! Shame it was just a two night stay. Saint Emilion is stunning - we did nice walks and great cycling - highly recommend Unibike - a lovely scenic 15 minute walk from apartment.

Florence was easy to communicate with and welcoming on our arrival. Location was amazing. The room was great with a basic kitchenette which is nice to have although we did not use it. Private bathroom was spacious and nice. Parking was easy while we were visiting. There is a large carpark located at the south end of Saint Emillion, approximately 250m from the accommodation reasonable price and free overnight. Otherwise there is a couple of parking spaces in town right next to the accommodation but they were always occupied while we were there.

The only thing I can fault was the slight noise from their own house above the accommodation. But it was very minimal.

This was absolutely one of the more comfortable beds I'd stayed in while traveling. It was just enough space for one person or a couple. The shower had grear pressure and was very hot. It had access to both air con as well as a window. Just at the entrance of town so quite easy to maneuver. The left coffee, tea, snacks, and a bottle of water.

The only window was the skylight limiting the amount of light during the day but I was mostly out so that was okay.

Excellent facilities, very comfortable spacious apartment as well as fantastically clean. The location was amazingly positioned to the centre, as well as with very close access to the car parking. Secondly, you could also drive by the apartment in order to unload your luggage.

I cannot say that I really didn't like something, but since we were on the attic, it was a bit less interesting regarding the view. Nevertheless, the location compensated.

Lovely little room with a kitchenette and en suite bathroom, right in the centre of St Emillion. Such a great location. We were also offered a complementary wine tour which was great, and we ended up buying a bottle of wine for a special occasion. Room large enough for 2. We were able to walk here from the train station easily.

We could have done with 2 more pillows. Otherwise, no complaints! Lovely stay.

Absolutely everything! Bruno was a fantastic host. He met us earlier than the agreed check in time and as we were the only ones staying there he let us choose which rooms suited us best. The bikes and the dog weren't a problem at all. The room was fully equipped with everything we needed and we had a very comfortable night. Bruno kindly recommended a great, local restaurant and also gave us a wine tasting in his store. We loved it!! The location is just wonderful; right in the heart of St Emilion. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful house decorated with great taste located in the heart of Saint-Émilion. Bruno and Florence welcomed us very well. The quality of the sheets, the bed and the cleanliness of the place really made us want to stay longer. The wi-fi is efficient and the location ideal. In addition, we had the pleasure of visiting with Bruno two very beautiful vineyards to get to know the region better. We left with a few bottles in the trunk because Bruno runs a wine cellar in Saint-Emillion, a stone's throw from the house. Thank you very much Florence and Bruno for this enchanting parenthesis that you offered us in this magnificent village. See you next year !

Everything was great ! looking forward coming back next year with our friends

right in the middle of town, couldn’t be more convenient. Our party took up all four rooms, everyone had an excellent experience.

nothing really. Though, come to think of it my apartment had no windows. But I only slept there one night so it wasn’t a big deal. We ended up gathering in one of the other apartments, quite roomy and comfortable. All four apartments were very modern and exceptionally clean. The top two floors opened onto the street behind it, so didn’t have to climb more than one flight for anyone.

The location of this property was perfect! The host Bruno was more than accommodating, he left bottles of water in the fridge on arrival. We were also able to take part in a vineyard tour and wine tasting at his shop! There are more bedrooms in the building (hence why you might see multiple booking.com posts). Ours was on the ground floor facing the street. It was quiet and we were not disturbed by people walking by. The shower and air conditioning were both excellent.

no window in our room other than the one of the ceiling so it was quite hot at night as we dont like sleeping with air conditioner on. pillows were not regular pillows as we know but more like square cushions
